This dudes casually got a death factory and they actually made a children's movie out of it.
Willy Wonka 100% knew what was going to happen and he most definitely orchestrated all of it.
The most obvious point probably being that his Oompa Loompas (his little henchman) have all rehearsed songs that fit those exact situations.
You really wouldn't need to change that much and it'll become another Saw movie.
Now onto the previous chapter.
(Heads up; there's a lot of "empty" space in chapter 199 that sometimes doesn't show up)
To be honest, the guesses were all way off. Heavy emphasis on that second sentence from the previous chapter.
