It was the night of the opening event of the Battle of the Brands. The celebrity party would kick off the festivities and let the wrestlers unwind.
Strutting into the bedroom of the luxury suite the royal couple was staying in, Jett adjusted his suit jacket with a cocky swagger. He was feeling good and ready to show off his lovely wife.
Stepping up behind her, he kissed the back of her neck and looked up at her through the mirror where she was applying her ruby red lipstick.
"You look amazing babe. That mini cocktail dress is sexy."
"Thanks," she said sadly.
"Hey, what's wrong?" he asked.
"I wanted to go to the party with Ace and Scarlett," she pouted. "We had it all planned to have fun tonight and her stupid uncle had to ruin it.
"I know baby. She'll be at the battle tomorrow. She just has to lay low until the start of the show. We can't risk having him get her thrown out of the event. It would ruin the plan for tomorrow."
