Chapter 55
Meandering around the hospital waiting room, Jett was grabbing a cup of coffee when Bella burst through the door making the door almost shake from its hinges. Camden fallowing close behind had his hands shoved in his pockets with a pleased smile that he had done something good for his friends.
"Jett! I missed you so much!" she said, letting out a crying squeal as it hit her she had just been in jail.
Turning, he discarded the cup into the waste can and saw her coming toward him. The look of relief and sadness in her eye burned right to his soul as she ran to him, jumping into his arms/
"My Queen, you're here? Oh, God. I was so worried baby. Are you all right?"
"I'm fine. I just miss you so much."
Running into his arms, Bella broke down crying as Camden stepped up behind her with a smile, shuffling his feet back and forth shyly. "I couldn't save my queen, so I figured I'd go rescue yours."
"You told her your… ya know."
