lord Aeris vs Elias

"Hey Elias, is anything bothering you?" Lilly asked as immediately Lord Aeris looked at the direction of Elias. "Did she just call him Elias?" Lord Aeris asked himself with a serious voice as he placed the glass of wine on his hand on the table walking up towards Elias.

Lord Aeris placed his hand on Elias shoulder drawing his attention. "Your name, you're Elias right?" Lord Aeris asked with a voice of certainty as Elias nodded in agreement. "That makes things easier...Now everyone listen up,, We're going to spice things up a little bit, to put a conclusion to today's occasion, there's going to be a friendly duel, I volunteered to be the first participant and second participant is Mr Elias over here." Lord Aeris shouted with a smile on his face while raising the hand of Elias high up.

Everybody was thrilled, as they all looked forward to the fight, most nobles wanted lord Aeris to teach him a lesson. "Why would I want to fight with you?" Elias asked with an uninterested look on his face. "You might not want to fight with me but I have a score to settle with you, you have no choice but to fight, unless you're scared, I guess all your boldness was all a show." Lord Aeris teased with intention to make Elias agree.

"You do realize it's really obvious what you're trying to do.... Unfortunately I won't fight unless there's something attached to it. How about this, if you win I'll give you my summon and my service, but if you can't beat me under five minutes or I end up beating you, you'll do any three thing I want." Elias said with a smile which made everyone become silent waiting for lord Aeris response.

"you really are a brat, I agree, you probably don't know me yet, I won't be fighting you as lord Aeris, I've acknowledge your strength based in how powerful your summon is, but that's a mistake on your part, I hope you enjoy your defeat." Lord Aeris said taking of his robe revealing a blue amour made of wyvern scales. "That's a pretty good magic item, it even has physical and magic damage reduction, I'm impressed." Elias said taking a deep sigh thinking if it's a good time to try out the tithryl ring.

"It would be a good time for me to try out my hand made S rank magic sword." Elias said to himself as he slowly waved his hand tearing through space as he created a black light of an infinite void, Elias placed his hand inside the void bringing out a silver bladed sword with a golden hilt.

"Just to keep us safe, I'll have my royal wizard cast up a barrier around the battle field." The king said as a woman, wearing a purple cloak stood up from where she sat, with a snap of her finger, Lord Aeris and Elias was covered in a yellow barrier with a space of 30 meter radius.

"Oh no this is bad, I hope Elias knows what's he's doing." The sword saint said to herself, the princess who was standing very close to the sword saint was able to hear her worries for Elias. "It seems The sword saint is really a closely friend with the boy, considering how casually he called out her real name." The princess thought to herself as she felt a little bit of jealousy towards the sword saint.

Meanwhile inside the barrier, the air around was getting intense as Elias stood faceoff looking at lord Aeris who had this blue lightning sparks on his eyes. Lord Aeris dashed towards Elias with lightning speed appearing behind Elias with a kick, Elias saw right through the attack as he leaped into the air dodging the attack. "Flame strike." Elias said as his blade was enveloped with flame. Elias dashed towards Lord Aeris with a swing, but lord Aeris easily blocked with the steel guard in his amour before Landing a punch on Elias stomach which sent him staggering few steps backwards.

"You're quite strong, to be able to take a full powered punch from the lightning Saint without any amour and yet you remain unscathed." Lord Aeris said with a trail of lightning appearing behind Elias with a lightning punch.

"Elias!" The sword saint called out as smoke screen filled the air inside the barrier. "So it turns out you're the so called lightning saint, this changes everything, At first I had intend to hold back so much that i had even suffered few backlash for containing so much mana inside, but I guess you're quite capable, let's see how well you dance." Elias said as he swung his sword vertically releasing a wave if fire which lord Aeris managed to dodge by a hairs breath meanwhile the wave collided with the barrier instantly shattering it in pieces.

"What the!" The royal mage said out loud as everybody was amazed at this sudden boost of power, the mana Elias was releasing was able to force most nobles to the ground. "no wonder he was so bold, he knew he had the strength to back it up, he was able to shatter my second strongest barrier with only a sword skill. I'm impressed." The royal mage said to her self as she stared at Elias with a little bit of admiration in her eyes.

"Where did all your courage go now?" Elias asked as he stood still looking at Lord Aeris who's face was frozen in shock. "You think you're the only one with tricks up their sleeves, allow me." The lighting saint said taking off his hair pin as immediately his mana became violent, with lightning current flowing through the ground, every step he took seemed to be heavier than the last as his steps created a huge impact on the ground that it destroys with every step.

Elias smiled as he appeared behind Lord Aeris landing a soft punch on his back which sent him crashing out if the palace walls, Elias dashed out of the palace with his sword tightly gripped by his hand preparing for an ultimate swing.

"Lightning wrath." Lord Aeris said summoning a red lightning from the sky which collided violently with Elias creating a huge shock wave that inturn created a huge creater on the ground. "I spent one hour making a cloth that would constantly eat up my mana, to think it would get destroyed that easily, your mistake..." Elias said appearing behind Lord Aeris with a kick to the waist which instantly shattered his amour.

"I ate sword domain, ten flashing Slash!" Elias mumbled as flashes of light could be seen blinding everyone for a brief moment, after the light had completely disappeared, Elias could be seen sitting on the chest of lord Aeris with a smirk on his face, his long silver hair followed the movement of the wind, swinging in the air which also gave him a domineering appearance.

Every body was shocked beyond their imaginations, as they never imagined the highly revered lightning saint would be defeated so easily by a commoner.

"Impossible, Aeris is one if the strongest men my kingdom has to offer, he was a general in the Empire's army, lord Aeris was invited to the heroes party by the hero herself, as a soon to be member of the heroes party his power already reaches the maximum of a normal human being.

I remember when Aeris used to be a general in the Empire's army, the emperor told me his power rivaled that of dragons but yet a man single handedly defeated him without a scratch or even breaking a sweat, this man his power could be on per with the hero herself, with his help I could take back my stolen land, I could get my revenge on the winsberg nation." The king thought to himself as he quickly thought of ways to win him over.
