Dirty Words

The trio maintains a mission to take an important lab medicine for further experiment. Currently, the government organization is creating a type of vaccine that could increase people's immune system to the virus. It is impossible to bring back those who already turned into zombies, but they can increase the human immune system to be resistant to the virus. That lab medicine is one of the answers to that.

Entering an abandoned building is not the big deal. They easily get in through the pipes and already mapped things out from the information they get. When they find the room, they swiftly put the lab medicine in the girl's bag. It was almost too easy for a highly classified mission. It is until they are heading back to the exit door.

Originally, they were about to head back using the pipe that they went through. However, they change their mind to use the fastest route. It seems that they made a mistake. The path that they are choosing is where the highly hazardous zombies reside.

Sucks for them, they need to go through these zombies because the only way out is next to that door. They are all starting to shoot the zombies as if they are used to it. However, these zombies are still intact. The girl decides to throw her newly made bomb, half of the zombies are dead but the rest are looking at her in rage.

The zombies plow their bodies crazily toward them. River and the boy are shooting the zombies after a critical hit from the girl's bomb. Unexpectedly, one huge zombie aimed his sight at the girl. Instinctively, The boy covers up the girl from a huge zombie that is jumping at her.

As the zombie devours his body, The boy cowers his body fully protecting the girl's body. He grits his teeth, feeling the painful sensation as his skin tears apart. The blood from his neck gushed wildly, dirtying the ground. Other zombies smell the blood and bite his skins all over the place. The girl is surprised but knows that the boy will always do things like this for her.

River is shooting the zombies that are swarming around him. It doesn't take that long for him to soon realize that he's out of bullets. Next thing, he starts going berserk and uses all of his body strength to paralyze the zombies. Though, he soon realizes that it's completely ineffective. He madly swings his punch at the zombies around him. These zombies are no joke.

The boy beginning to lose his presence of mind. They look like normal zombies, not the creatures but somehow they are more threatening. They are strong, and brutal, and there is something about their bite. Their bite is not like other zombies that they faced all this time. It makes the boy becomes numb. It's a new feeling.

"I feel weird," The boy chokes himself.

"Are you insane? why are you doing this for me?"The girl pushes the boy, feeling completely worthless in his arms.

"Don't…let…them..bite you, my body…they are numb," He lets out the word one by one as his whole body sinks in torment.

"Holy sh**t, they are poisonous," River shouts.

"Shouldn't you know this before you accept the mission?" The girl incriminates river with the question.

"Well, they did say something like radioactive and stuff," River brazenly answers.

"You piece of sh*t, you put us in this danger," After saying that, the boy passes out.

The girl snatches the boy's gun and aims it at the zombies around her. They won't budge.Still holding the boy, the girl is heading closer to River. They are now both together in the middle of the zombies' flock.

"This is crazy, they are far more dangerous than the ugly creatures, they are poisonous,"

"How do we get out of this mess?" The girl asks while firing the boy's ghost gun.

"Give him to me, I'll carry him," River's breathing hard.

In seconds, River searches up his pants, hoping that he could find the important thing.

"When I say three, you and I will crawl on the ground,"

"What?!" The girl looks at him confusedly. She then changes the boy's ghost gun with her last gun.

"1…2…" River slowly counts down while still smacking the zombies.

"3!" he exclaims.

His right hand is up in the air. A tool is releasing tear gas around them that also creates a fog that distracts the zombies. They hurriedly crawl to the ground, while the zombies frantically look for them. River has no choice but to carry the boy on his back while crawling. They manage to pass the flock and go out through the exit door safe and sound, except for the boy.

They run and run as fast as the lightning. River goes into the driving seat after putting the boy and the girl in the back seat. The girl looks at the wounds in the boy's body. It's starting to swell and turn green and blue. She never sees him hurt this badly and she doesn't feel good about it. She puts her ear on his chest. His heart is not beating

"He is not breathing…" The girl's eyes shake in fear.

"Well…isn't he going to…resurrect anytime soon?" River looks at them through the car's rear view mirror.

"Can't you bring him to the headquarter?" The girl pleads with her eyes.

"Then, our identity as immortal will be found out," River strongly objects.

"Then what should we do?!" She screams in anger.

"First, let's get back to my place, and see whether he'll resurrect or not,"

"He'll be alright," River assures her.
