Zach held Lisa's ( Omega) hand and pulled her next door, he didn't want his mate getting disturbed by this. He spoke in concise and sharp way " what engagement, huh Liza it was some hocus pocus stunt pulled by your family to maintain their standard in this clan".

He sat down calmly on the dais and continued "When you newly entered this clan, to cement your position as Clan Omega because though you had strong healing energy you were nothing but an outsider with no status and no wolf gene and to gain the trust from the clan, my father let your family use my engagement as tool, just for your family to gain all the benifits".

He sneered at her looking with disgust "It was done just for you, where was me. I never touched you, never promised anything. Despite you throwing yourself at me at any chance you got. That woman inside is my mate, she risked her identity and entire life of her people just to save me and you dare to ask who is she. Then let me clear it to you once and for all she is the mate to Zachary Richardson Clark and she will be my wife and mother of my children. Do you get that or you have anything more to ask. Now go outside and search for another wolf to put your paws on".

Just then the door opened and Eva walked inside, she already woke up when Zach placed her on the bed and Liza knew that since she placed her hands on her forehead. She wanted Eva to know about their engagement and see how she will react. But Eva knew since she met Zach that he was a man with integrity, though he was sometimes rougue and perverted. She has started to feel for him deeply and hence she followed them as they moved to the side to talk.

She looked at Liza with raised eyebrow " Ms Liza thank you for treating me, but let me clear something to you, this man is mine and I am his. So, there is no space left for you in between us". She took a deep breath and said " thank you, for making things clear between us. Though we met recently you helped me clear all doubts and questions that plaques me and if not cured would have been detrimental to us. You made his feelings clear for me and mine for him. Though whatever reason you did that you have my gratitude".

Liza smiled she always knew that mate bond was something she could never compete with but atleast she was curious to know who was the one that replaced her. She slowly walked near Zach and punched him on the nose, he jumped with an "Owww". though he could have easily defended but still he felt he owed to this woman after he heard Eva speak.

So, Liza spoke with proud expression " I never threw myself at you. So, Zachary Richardson Clark remember this and don't miss me too much I will find much greater man than you let me tell you that".

Zach nodded and looked at the back of Liza for a second wished her all the best and turned to his mate. Eva though spoke with bravery just a few minutes ago was biting her lips in anxiety for what she have to face now that they were alone inside a room.

Holding her neck firmly he let his wolf on the surface, just now his choclate brown eyes turned obsidian black " I told you to never bite your lips like that my dear mate" and just like that his his thin lips met with her plump pink ones. He let his tongue play with her lower lips and suddenly bit them, a single droplet of blood came out and he sucked it letting the taste fill his mouth.

" delicious" he said in raspy voice " I so want to make you mine, but I want to wait. Because before official mating ceremony we can't consummate the mating bond. But there is a way to make you mine though temporarily".

Eva held his hands and asked " how Zach, I want to be yours completely".

His hands held her neck firmly as an act of possessiveness. He looked at her face, she was flushed red, her lips moist and swollen, he growled and said " mine". She felt her mind go numb with her breathe coming out fast. He slid her gown below her shoulder to reveal her neck to him.

He face kept coming downward, as he nuzzled her neck and let himself bite her gently. Than she held her shoulder and said " you need to bite me too,just like I did. Though your bite will not be like normal female wolf. It will satisfy my wolf knowing you accepted him as your mate".

She slowly went near his neck and nibbled gently, which made his wolf croon inside his head. He touched her chin and asked " Evangeline will you let me cherish you, protect you all your life. My happiness will be yours and your sadness will be mine forever, let me help you relive your fairyland and help you all the way to to your goal. Will you let me Zachary Richardson Clark be your mate in this life and other to come".

With each word Zach spoke, Eva felt a tangible bond develop between them, a tear slid down her eyes and she nodded, letting herself calm down as she spoke " I Evangeline fairy of the forest of night dreams, accept you Zachary Richardson Clark as my mate. I will cherish you and help you with anything you aspire. I will care for your clan with my whole heart and help them in anyway I can. Please be my mate for this life and forever after".

Slowly he kissed he gently letting all his feelings come through that kiss. Later when he slept next to her, with her delectable fragrance wafting to her, he made a resolute decision " he need to officially make her his, very soon".
