Chapter 13

Adam

I woke up this morning and decided to go make breakfast. When I got down stairs my pack was surrounding someone or something. As I got closer I saw it was a someone she smelled like another pack. I walk past the herd of males trying to get in her pants and go to the kitchen. A few minutes pass and I hear someone walk in, it was her the new wolf in my pack house. Then I felt arms wrap around my torso and slowly start moving down. I growl expecting her to let go but she kept going, just as I was about to say something her arms where gone. I turned around only to see Alara on top of her holding her down just staring at her. Then she spoke "you bitch" the she-wolf said then pushed Alara off, getting up and running to me I quickly side stepped causing her to run into the fridge. I walked behind Alara and wrapped my arms around her resting my chin on her shoulder. That's when Austin walked in, him and I locked eyes for a second until I was being pushed to the side by Alara. "How dare you touch my future mate" the she-wolf yelled launching herself at Alara. Alara grabbed her by the throat and slammed her against the wall. "You mean my mate right" Alara growled in the she-wolves ear tighting her grip on her throat out of pure anger Alara threw the she-wolf across the kitchen.

That's our mate Austin and I thought causing Alara to laugh. Keeping on high alert Alara turned around and walked over to Austin and I and stood infront of us. "You can leave oh wait you will leave" Alara said looking at the she-wolf. She got up and started to walk towards us again but stopped in her tracks once other wolves walked in the kitchen. One of the hunters looked at the she-wolf and said "you may be hot but you disrespected our alphas and luna" I looked down at Alara and she had the biggest smile on her face. "Bye bye" Alara said waving to the she-wolf as she walked out our pack house. When she was gone everyone went back to what they where doing.

As for me I went back to making breakfast. Alara came up to me "pancakes?" She asked I shook my head in agreement and kissed her forehead. A few minutes later I was done with breakfast which was pancakes, bacon, and oj. "So good" Alara practically moaned as she took one bit. "So what do you have planned for today" Austin asked, "well since you too have to in the office all day I figured I could do my rounds of the pack house and go for a run later" Alara said, Adam and I nodded our heads "just please be safe" Austin said Alara shook her head in understandment.

Time skip mid-day

I look aver to see Austin on the phone with and pack alpha talking about a meeting. God I hate meetings especially when we have to bring Alara. When we do it's mainly due to her being our mate and luna. Austin walks into my side of the office "Alara has to come to the meeting" he says "what why? " I questioned "because she did train our trackers, and the are the best for miles in these woods and you know that" he said. " and wtf does that have to do with anything?" I asked starting to get pissed "the alphas that are going to the meeting want her to train their trackers" Austin said at that moment Alara walked in. She walked over and gave us both a kiss and hug "Adam why are you upset?" she asked "I'm not" I said. Alara looked at me and said "you know for a damn fact you can't lie to me so spit it out" she said I sighed. "You have to go to the meeting" I said "wait the one that's tomorrow morning" she asked. Austin and I just nodded expecting her to be up set but she wasn't she smiled. "Alright then we will leave tomorrow morning" Austin said as I looked at Alara and the biggest smile on her face. "Ok let's got to bed" I said and we walked up stairs to get ready for bed.
