Start Training Part 2

I fell asleep before I could finish all 4, so I just wrote 1 and split it, meaning at least 800 words per chap, idk yet. So I'll upload them after I split it and fix it

" Today's training is going to be a bit different " said Michael as he led the group into the forest before he stopped in a small clearing and turned his attention to the group

" you have 30 seconds to get into a position which you believe is your most balanced state " said Michael, the group just moved and followed his instructions, the past few months thought them to not question everything Michael told them and spread out with Michael as the center

Michael looked at each of the recruits, finding some took a horse stance, some just stood with their feel shoulder width apart, others taking on many different stances. A smirk appeared on his face as he flickered and disappeared

The next second several cries were heard as Michael reappeared and looked at all the floored recruits, a cold smile appeared on Michael's face as he watched them get off the floor

" is that your most balanced you could be? a simple push and you fall on your ass or on your face " said Michael coldly

" but sir you could probably tilt a house with that simple push " muttered Marco as he dusted the dirt off his pants, only to freeze when he saw Michael looking at him with a cold smile

" do it again " said Michael, he stood quietly and watched the group get back into position only this time bracing themselves, only to disappear once more , this time cries of pain were heard as Michael appeared back in the middle of the clearing

" again " said Michael coldly as he didn't even bother to wait for anyone to say anything or complain

" what's the point of this ? " exclaimed Jean as he held his bleeding arm and looked at Michael angrily

" oh ? " asked Michael as he turned his attention towards the boy, who gritted his teeth and met Michael's gaze " what's the point of this training, you taught us how to erase our presence to hide from groups of Titans, you taught us how to ran 50 km while pulling 400kg, building not only our endurance, but our strength and agility , but I fail to understand what's the point of this " he practically shouted only to cover his mouth when his brain processed who he was talking to

Only to freeze when he didn't see Michael blow up like he expected but only smiled easily and started clapping

" finally, one of you little shits used your brain " said Michael as he face palmed causing the recruits faces to twitch

" this is another lesson from me to you " said Michael as he healed the injuries of the recruits and sat down on the floor, they unconsciously came closer and followed in his steps and sat down as well

" most of you have only known me for about 5 6 months and yet you've subconsciously ingrained in your mind that whatever I tell you is for your well being, to the point that if I took you to a cliff and told you to jump off and said you'd be able to step on air, I'm sure all if not most of you would do it " said Michael with a small smile causing the recruits to cough and look away embarrassed as they found themselves unable to refute his words

" but how's that our fault, you're just so... " tried to explain Historia with a blush adorning her face

" dependable ? " asked Michael as he looked at her with a smile , causing everyone to rapidly nod

" why do you think that is ? " asked Michael causing the majority to frown before someone spoke

" because you could easily kill us " explained Annie with no change in expression as she learned up against a tree, drawing everyone's attention, as Michael looked at her silently for a second before he spoke

" you're right, I simply don't have to trick you, I could kill you easily " said Michael causing everyone to look at him with a strange expression " don't think it's weird, this is why we get along some comfortably, look at you with any of the commanders, can you sit and have a conversation with any of them like this ?" asked Michael

" but I still don't understand the purpose of the lesson " said Sasha as she leaned on Michael's back while reaching back and taking food out of the basket Michael had beside him

" you all are accustomed to my bluntness, me telling you when you're a fuck up, then teaching you how to be better. You're simply used to me being upfront with my actions and nothing is hidden, the real world doesn't work like that " said Michael as the smile receded from his face

" after these three years,I will no longer be your teacher, you'll be taking orders from your commander, who takes orders from those above him. I can tell you now, that you'll receive orders that will cost you your lives, make you question why you got up this morning, make you wonder " is this truly the right thing " , you may even receive an order to kill the boy or girl sitting beside you , and guess what you'll have no choice but to do it.....as you're weak " explained Michael not paying much mind to whatever reaction his words caused

" one of these days, we may even stand on opposing sides as enemies, if that day comes what will you do? " asked Michael as the forest fell silent
