How I know what sexual harassment is

Like a normal day in our family we are about to have our dinner when my mum notice my sister is not inside with us,she called her name several times but she did not answer,my mum is getting worried cause this is not like her (my sister) she likes food and will never play with her dinner, my older brother suddenly said ha mum I saw her with bro Ezekiel my mum replied okay until she suddenly stand up with fear on her face I have never seen my mum like that she ran out of the room so we all follow her (me and my siblings) she ran to our neighbor's room and open the door without knocking,what did we see there? My eight years old sister naked and our eighteen years old neighbor with only his brief on thank God nothing has happened but there's hickeys on my sister's body my mum cried for two days without eating that she get sick my older brother was ten years old then,and am five years old,all of us did not know what is happening then,a week later when my mum got better she asked my sister what happens in bro Ezekiel's room my sister said bro Ezekiel said if I help his little stick rise he will let me go and have my dinner he gives me kisses All over my body to help his little stick my mum cried so much then she went to our neighbor's house to report the guy to his mother but the mother gets angry saying my mum is trying to distroy her son(the word women is women enemy is right)two weeks later they packed out of our neighborhood and we never heard from them again

My sis is twenty four years old now and she has never been in a relationship because men disgust her.
