Became Rivals

"Okay I'll call you Roy from now on." Rina declared. I nodded.

"By the way, I didn't see you guys around here before. What's up with you all suddenly appearing in my locality? Are you guys going to play soccer in this field from now on?"

This was the field where Barou, he and Rishi played soccer. If these girls were also going to play soccer then I will need to share it with them.

"Not really. My cousin had told me that there was a good field around his area where he and his friends play soccer. I just wanted to try out how it is, so I brought my whole club to try it as well."

I nodded. I knew the cousin she was talking about. He was Rishi. I'll scold him not to share such a good field with anyone, who knows? Maybe some kabaddi players will seize the field one day? Better to be safe than sorry. It was good thing that Rina and her club were soccer players.

"So we decided that from now on we will play soccer here." Rina declared.

I sighed. So we will have to share our field. "If it's okay with you, how about we play soccer together. I have 2 friends who like to play soccer with me here. We three are used to playing soccer in this field since our childhood." I explained to them.

Rina turned serious on hearing this. They were all girls. If they started playing soccer with boys, they will lose their reputation of being 'Pink Lock'. After all, pink is the favourite colours of the girls.

She said, "This decision is not on me. I need to ask other members of my club if they are fine sharing this field with other boys or not."

The other girls were pleased that Rina didn't make this decision alone. They were all egoist to some extent as girls that were capable of playing good soccer.

One girl gave her decision, "I'm okay with sharing it, isn't it just 3 boys?"

Soon, following her words, other girls also agreed, except one girl. That one girl declared, "If it was just Roy I wouldn't mind sharing this field with him and even playing together with him but he want to bring 2 other boys whom we have not yet seen." She finished her paragraph finally, I thought to myself.

This girl probably had something against boys, I thought to myself.

"However, my opinion is the only different one here. So it doesn't matter." She said, solving my trouble. I became happy.

"Alright. Wanna play a game, me and you guys?" I asked them. Even though they were girls, I found no problem in playing against them if its for sake of practice and bettering my soccer skills.

Rina was also willing to play the game with me. Looking at the expression of other girls, they also had no qualm regarding me joining them.

"Alright, you can play with us." Rina agreed.

Rina declared, "We will fight from different teams. I know that if me and Roy are in same team, that team would probably be overpowered. So let's do it like this..You and me will be from opposite teams. We will have five goals as maximum limit."

I agreed. After that we started playing.

After some time passed..

I made a run to the corner. I asked for a pass to my teammate raising my hands. She was dribbling and it seems there was a defender blocking. She looked at me. I was waiting for the pass. The pass never came sadly.

"Huh?" I came running to her. She had fainted. We all stopped playing. Other girl tried giving water splashes on her face but she didn't even twitch. Looks like she won't get up. I thought to myself. Seeing the unexpected situation, Rina called ambulance. We all waited. And yeah finally the ambulance came taking away that girl. It was really sad event.

Our mood were destroyed. None of us wanted to play the game but I didn't care. Even if everyone died, I wanted to win. I said to everyone, "It's 2-2 right now, guys! Let's finish our game first. You all can go look for your friend then? Maybe she fainted because of playing hard! Team leader Rina, Are you going to let me ignore the hard work of your teammate who just fainted? As a team leader yourself, you should understand that I can not let her hard work go in vain." I roared at Rina. She seemed to be enlightened now just like everyone here. At beginning of my speech, they were all looking at me furiously but now..it looks like they have been impressed by my attitude.

I succeeded in brainwashing them, once again. They were just easy to be brainwashed. I wondered, whether all girls are so easy to brainwash?

I remembered my little sister Hima and my mother Hina, I facepalmed. Was it just these girls that were easy to brainwash?, I guess. There was another possible reason as well, maybe I was too brilliant at brainwashing and.. that Mom and little sister were hard to brainwash.

After that we started playing the game. The things were even more serious now. I had brainwashed them into playing a death match which at start was just a game.

Soon it became evening. We all were tired playing. However me and Rina were beasts. We had crazy smile as we played against each. Other members were all out of stamina by now except us.

I made the diagonal fly kick, and KaBoom!

5-4. The goal had hit the post. I had..argh I mean we had won the goal. Everyone in my team congratulated me while the opposite team had sorry face, they were not so happy. Rina was unhappy as well.

"Don't worry, we can do this tomorrow as well." I said to Rina. After all people are alive and we have time so what's the deal about being sad for one loss. However I could understand her. If I had lost the match I would be more sadder than her. Losing was my nemesis. It never existed for me. It was my stepping stone at most, that is if it did exist.

"By the way, which school do you go to?" Rina asked me. I wasn't sure why she asked but I replied anyway, "I'm from Matsukage Kokuo middle school."

Hearing this, silence followed. I wondered Why? I looked at the girls' faces. They were kind of shocked. I was enlightened, "Are you guys perhaps the rival of our school?" I guessed.

"No.." Rina replied, and soon smiled, "It seems..we are from same School!"

I was surprised, "For real? I thought that you guys are from different school because my school doesn't have a soccer club known by the name Pink Lock."

Rina became angry on hearing this. She furiously lashed out at me, "Of course idiot, how could the school give permission to girls for creating a soccer club. There is already a soccer club for boys."

"I see.." I was sad. They had so good skills. I wished if they had a soccer club too. It would have been fun to play against them with my club White Lock.

"So that's why you guys were playing outside. And also, your club's name is very similar to the name of our school's soccer club."

She nodded, "Actually, me and mine friends had always been playing soccer since childhood. We had asked the White Lock to give us a scope to play together with them as Pink lock in the same field. They refused us. So we had decided to take revenge. We created the club by name pink lock. Our club has only one aspiration right now which is to defeat White Lock and replace their club as ours in the "Soccer Club" name."

"I see..Well it looks like you will have to defeat me as well since I've joined the White Lock." When I said this, they were all looking at me furiously. However Rina said something before these girls could lash at me, "It's fine. That's not your fault. You just wanted to join the soccer club. After we defeat White Lock, I'll make sure you join our club then."

Hearing that, I declared, "Alright Rina. However so I'll not go easy on you guys if you come for a battle with my team White Lock." As I said this, I had a white aura coming through me, and Rina had a pink aura. Our aura seemed to fight each other. We had become rivals!
