Chapter Fifty-One
Cierra found herself standing on the edge of a cliff, looking out over a chasm. The air was still, the only thing reminding her that what she was seeing didn't correlate with where she was. On the other side of the chasm was a rocky plain, grass peeking through large gray stones. Off to the side, it looked as though someone had cleared the stones away, leaving only one standing by itself.
On the lone rock sat a man dressed in a long grey gown, a simple rope tied around his waist with a sword at his side. Before Cierra had time to call out to the man or look around further, the vision faded. She found herself back in the temple with Brigid's crystal tomb.
