Epilogue

His Pov

" It's today" I said to Kyra as we stood in the restaurant space.

" Finally!" Kyra said.

" I'm sure she's tired of waiting" she added.

" She can't possibly be. I never got tired" I said. She shrugged.

" You never know.Just don't waste any more time to ask her out. You two belong together, like two pairs of a puzzle" Kyra said and I smiled.

" What if she doesn't say yes?" I said nervously. Kyra looked at me and laughed.

" Uhh... that's not possible dude. Stop thinking that way, you'll just get yourself all nervous before she arrives" Kyra said. She was right, I was already nervous as hell. Kyra's phone rang and she looked at me with a knowing look.

" Kyra" I heard Anny's voice as she picked the call.

" Yeah, where are you?"

" I'm at the outside of the restaurant you sent to me. "

" Great! Wait for me, I'll be there in no time" Kyra said and hung up.

" It's time Rio. Good luck" Kyra said and left the restaurant. Her friends were around and they were all sitted in close corners of the room.

It's time! Time to ask the love of my life to take a ride with me. To be my girlfriend, finally. I hope she says yes, of she doesn't I'll take a jump over the bridge. Just kidding though. I know she won't. You got this Rio. You got this! Who would have thought that Rio Richman, playboy and every girl's guy would ever get nervous about asking a girl out. This is crazy! And different. But yeah, everything is different with Anny. She's different. She changed me. She's my sunshine...

Her Pov

It's my birthday today and I have no idea what Kyra has planned this time. She reached me and hugged me excitedly.

" Kyra, what am I doing here?" I asked.

" It's your birthday, could you loosen up?"

" I will if only you could tell me what I'm to face in there" I pleaded.

" What exactly is the definition of a surprise again?" Kyra said and I rolled my eyes.

" Here put this on" She said handing me a blindfold.

" What the..? You're not serious, are you?"

" Yep! Don't worry, it's just your friends" Kyra said. She didn't mention Rio.My heart froze. What would my birthday be without Rio? I sighed and put the blindfold over my eyes reluctantly. She helped me walk into the restaurant and then she sat me down. Then there was silence everywhere.

" Kyra" I called! There was no response.

" Kyra!" I called again and she still didn't respond. Upset, I took the blindfold off and what I saw made my heart skip. Rio was on one knee in front of me.

" Rio..."

" Annalita, from the first day I set my eyes on you, I knew you were gonna be my end. Playboy rules didn't matter to me when I had you around. I fell in love with you and didn't even realize it and I've been in love with you since then. You're my everything Anny, the reason I smile. The only reason I'm still hanging on. Anny, I need you in my life. It's your birthday today but do well to give me this irreplaceable gift of having you as mine. Please be my girlfriend "

He had a silver chain in his hand with a pendant that read 'His'. I was speechless, I had no idea what to say. This is what I've been waiting for but it just came so unexpected and I don't even know what to say.

" Say yes, Anny" a voice said. It was Kyra.

" Please say yes " that was Toria.

" Anny, if you don't say yes then I'mma stalk you like an obsessed psycho till you agree to be mine" Rio said. I chuckled.

" Anny please, I can't do this anymore. I wanna be there for you till there's no use for me anymore. I just want to be able to say you're mine. Anny... Please " Rio added.

" Oh c'mon Anny" Kyra said, there was a hint of anger in her voice. Was she upset? Did she think I'd say no? I can't possibly say no, this is all I've been waiting for since forever.

" Anny...

" Yes Rio. Yes " I said excitedly. A smile appeared on his lips and he stood up. He put the chain around my neck and I put his around him. It's pendant read 'Hers'. I am his and he's mine now.

" Oh Anny, you don't know how how I am"

" However happy you are, triple it then you'd see how happy I am" I said. Rio chuckled and drew me into his arms, crashing his lips on mine. I heard claps around us and I smile as we deepened the kiss...

Well...this is it. Lotta crazy things happened as Rio and I started our journey. Styles and Debbie suddenly started having public issues, always arguing wherever they were. I heard from someone that she finally left him to her fiance in England. Crazy, right? I played Rio and got played by Styles, only for him to get played by his beloved Debbie. It's one complicated cycle. Karma is undoubtedly relentless. You know there's really no benefit in being a player cause at some point, the whole thing just boomerangs. You never really know what could happen. I got myself in a hospital bed, I'm just so grateful I survived.

Anyway, everything went perfect with Rio and I. He made my life a perfect example of heaven. He's my everything.

If I were to put in " Happily ever after", as I end, it'd make this sound more like a fairytale and it's not so I'll end this way,
