It has been a few days since the time Cassandra told her of her idea to adopt Wyatt instead of getting guardianship.
She didn’t want her niece to make a hasty decision so once she told her, she left to give her a few days to think it over.
During that time, Chantal would stop by at the nursery room to watch Wyatt as she mull things over. Her frustration was that he wouldn’t react much when she’s near. It’s as if he doesn’t recognize her as his mother. But when it comes to their maids, Wyatt would give a reaction as soon as they approach. She would even attempt to sing a lullaby once she heard him cry but he wouldn’t even be pacified by it. She even speculated that he could have been switched at birth, thinking back on what happened when she was born. It was because Diana was switched with an unknown baby that she lived as her twin for so many years.
