As soon as she finished that sentence her phone rang again and it was Damon

She let it ring for a minute before answering

Lina kept her replies super short

" can I invite you to dinner today If you're free "

" no thanks I'm busy today "

Damon didn't know what else to say to her again they were both silent it was so awkward ,

"If that's all , I'll get going then Mr Damon , I'm very busy , Bye !"

"Okayy have a good day then I'll....

beep she hung up on him he wanted to say he'll call her again later .

( wow she's ice cold , I'm fucked ! Now how will I get her to go on a date with me ?)

Damon couldn't believe he got rejected .

Lina's heart was beating too fast , deep down she wanted to say yes but she has to confirm something first she won't meet him alone , she wants to see how he'll behave when they are together with Eric, she also wanted to make things hard for him to teach him to never take her for granted again

She calmed herself down and went back to meet Gianna who was already done with the meal.

Gianna called the waitress and gave her black card to pay the bill they had today , the waitress was shocked to see she's got a black card , she looked so simple , she was wearing a very simple dress and short Heels her hair was on a messy bun and she was carrying a simple channel purse she won't even wearing any expensive accessories just a normal watch , you wouldn't be able to guess that she's that Rich compared to the other lady she came with ,

Lina was wearing a short pants green suit , she was also wearing expensive diamond accessories , earrings, necklace and bracelet , she was even carrying a Hermes bag .

Looking at them closely she got to know their identities ( oh my goodness it's Miss LinaLuna and Miss Gianna, what an honor to get to serve them , I'm getting goosebumps )

"Oh and Lina if you haven't , let's go shopping together for the engagement on Saturday "

To find her answers Lina wanted to get Eric and Damon together with them again and now she has found a perfect thing that'll get them all together.

" okay let's do that also let's invite our husbands to be , and help them to prepare for our big day "

hearing that Gianna got so excited.

" yes , yes let's do that I'll text Eric you text Damon ,and when should we go ?"

Gianna texted Eric and Lina texted Damon and both of them agreed to their plan

They both got on their cars and went back to their offices .

The news about their engagement already got out with the invitations , it shocked so many people in the whole City Saturday was really going to be the most big event in the City , finally the most eligible bachelors are getting engaged.

But many couldn't hide their dislikes to Gianna even though she's Rich they think she didn't deserve that

" she's too shallow to marry Eric, what kind of criterios did they use to pick someone like her ? "

"her fashion sense is horrible , jeans and t-shirt is all she wears , she'll make the worst billionaire wife "

"She's not even that beautiful like miss Linaluna ,I think Miss Erica from the entertainment industry would have been the best choice to Mr Eric even their names go well "

On her way back to work Gianna was going through her phone and seeing comments like that made her feel insecure because most of it was true her fashion sense was terrible , she started to compare herself to Lina and truthfully there's a big difference

She sighed

(but his family chose me anyway, this people can't change that ,even if they think I don't deserve him )

Her secretary who was driving looked at the rear-review mirror saw how sad her Miss looked she understood why

" we are working on it ma'am the tech team will clear and block those comments , please cheer up and don't be sad , you were chosen because you are the best "

" it's okay just leave them ,they have the right so say what they think you can't change that , it's also a constructive criticism I'll have to work on it "

Gianna smiled , her family is humble and they were raised that way she's not used to stuffs like that she won't change herself completely but she'll work hard to not bring shame to Eric's family.
