Thick Forest

I woke up feeling light headed and my eyes were a little bit blurry but there was something a little bit strange with the environment I was because I could perceive the odour of fresh grass and I could ear the fall of water nearby and the chirping of birds around me. My eyes became clear after some minutes and I decided to check my surrounding and that was when my worst fear came to pass,I was actually in the middle of nowhere and to top the fear I was in a thick Forest and by the look if it,it would be a very dangerous place for me to be. I tried to get up so that I could find a safe place but as I was about to move I noticed that my body was a little bit light, moving my eyes to my legs I noticed that I had only paw as hand and leg as I was about to scream I noticed that my voice was sounding in a different way like a dog whimpering and that was when I knew that what was happening to me was much more scarier than the forest,I tried to stand up and try my new body but the more I wanted to stand the more I fell,after minutes of trying to stand I got a hold of my body and also tried to walk which I was grateful that it was not so hard as learning to stand but there was still a problem I was not that fast because my small paw could not take me far,I started moving little by little until I saw a cave nearby. When I saw the cave I was so happy and I started walking a little bit fast towards it even though I knew it was just a little difference from the way I was walking before but something is better than nothing right? By the time I reached the cave I was already tired so imediately I entered without minding if there was something that could kill me,I slept off.

I woke up in the night feeling hungry but who would prepare food for me in this kind of place and how would I even find or get my food prepared in the state I was,all I know is that am an animal that has paws and I don't even know what type of animal I am,I decided to go out in faith that maybe some miracle would happen but I could not go because of fear of what might be outside,I decided to stay and I started wondering what would be happening to my granny.

AT RICHARD'S HOME.

Granny's POV

I woke in the morning to prepare breakfast for my grand child after preparing breakfast I set it on the dinning table and waited for him to come down stairs so that we could eat together but he didn't come down stairs,as I was about to check him in his room,i heard a knock on the door and decided to check who it was and that was when I noticed that it was our new neighbor Daisy,I ushered her in then told her that I was about to go and wake Richard up for breakfast and Daisy also said she came to greet us that she came at the right time when I was about to eat breakfast I laughed then the two of us decided to go and check on Richard in his room,on getting to his room we met the room in disarray,I was a little bit surprised but kept it at the back of my mind,I started calling out his name but there was no response and decided to check the bathroom that maybe he slept in it while taking a shower, when I entered and I didn't find anyone I started panicking in fear that someone has kidnapped my grandson,I checked under his bird under his mattress and even in his cupboard to check if he was there I started shaking then fainted.

Daisy POV

When I saw his room tattered,my heart started beating fast knowing that something might have happened to Richard, when I saw the change in his granny behaviour I knew she was loosing it but there was nothing I could do, when she entered the bathroom to look for Richard I felt hurt because I could feel the pain of loosing someone,I wanted to hug her and tell her Richard was okay but how could I tell her that when I myself was not sure if he was okay because his case was a rare one,if anyone awaken his or her power the person does not vanish just like that, thinking of the possibility of what might have caused his disappearance,I saw Richard granny falling down before she could touch the ground I immediately held her and rushed her to the hospital.

At the hospital,I was told that it was something that lead to her fainting but she was out of danger, imediately the doctor finished talking I decided to inform the shape shifters about the latest finding and we decided to meet at the park when we reached there we decided on what to do about Richard's case,we started bringing in ideas on how to solve Richard case at the end of the discussion we all decided to tell Richard's granny about Richard when she's okay.we then decided to tell her the next day because the doctor said she was going to be discharged the next day.

RICHARD'S POV

while I was imagining what was going on at my place I noticed that I was resting on something soft when I tried to look at what I was resting on but due to the darkness of the cave and there was nothing to lighten it up, I decided to move so that I could feel what I was resting on because I was sure it was not there when I entered the cave,I stood up and used my front paw to feel what I was resting on, imediately I touched it the thing moved and I saw a big blue eyes staring at me imediately I saw it I froze and I couldn't move.
