9 Years Have Passed...

As time has passed, Naruto has also matured. At 9 years old, he bears a striking resemblance to the original depiction of the character. His eyes resemble the vast expanse of the ocean.

Naruto was enrolled in studies at the academy, and his exceptional vision allowed him to easily comprehend all the information presented to him. He is highly regarded by his peers for his intellectual prowess, consistently achieving the highest marks in his class without difficulty.

Sasuke was the only competition he had, even though Sasuke was behind him. Sasuke challenged Naruto many times, but Naruto won most of the time.

Naruto Has Been Given His Own Apartment where he lives alone. Though Hiruzen gives him money every month for food and everything, Naruto Managed his life somehow or another.

Hiruzen visited him sometimes, buying him games to play and to spend time with him.

On a typical day, Naruto was seated in his apartment during the afternoon. He was experiencing a severe migraine and had placed a cloth over his eyes for relief. He reached out to Hiruzen, informing him of his condition, and Hiruzen reassured Naruto that he would be coming to check on him.

Upon arrival at Naruto's apartment, he entered to find Naruto seated, with his eyes covered by clothing. Unbeknownst to Naruto, Hiruzen approached the chair without making a sound.

Prior to taking a seat, he was surprised by Naruto's greeting, "Hello, Jiji. How are you?"

Hiruzen was a little startled by this as he didn't even make any sound. So how did Naruto know he was here with him having his eyes covered with a cloth? He replied, "So you noticed me huh! I'm fine. Why do you have clothes covering your eyes?"

Naruto expressed, without averting his gaze, "I am experiencing severe discomfort in my head and my eyes are causing me distress, despite being covered."

Hiruzen nodded and went to sit in a chair before Naruto stopped him and said, "Jiji, don't sit on that chair. It has a bad leg. It'll break if an adult sits on it."

Hiruzen noticed this as he looked at him. "How did you know?" He said, being surprised.

Naruto shrugged and said, "The same way you do. I'm looking at it."

Hiruzen seemed confused. "Wait, you can see me right now?" Hiruzen said, to which Naruto nodded.

Hiruzen slowly adjusted his hat and then inquired, "If you are able to, please inform me of what is amiss with my attire."

"You're wearing your hat backwards now," Naruto said while still not looking down with his eyes covered.

Hiruzen seemed startled by this, returning Hiruzen appeared taken aback by the situation, adjusting his hat back to its proper position. Deliberately, he peeled the cloth from Naruto's eyes and examined them closely. He had initially assumed they were Byakugan, but upon closer inspection, they bore no resemblance to that particular ocular ability.

This type of dojutsu had not previously been known to them. Therefore, they pondered the nature of this unique phenomenon. It is possible that it could be attributed to a genetic mutation within his DNA. As a precaution, he decided to schedule an appointment with an ophthalmologist to further investigate the matter.

He took him to an ophthalmologist who just so happened to be in the Hyuga Clan. They discussed the problems Naruto was having.

The ophthalmologist said, "His eyes bear no resemblance to any dojutsu they've seen before let alone the Byakugan," looking at both of them.

Hiruzen said, "Is there a reason why Naruto is constantly getting migraines?" Looking at the ophthalmologist.

The ophthalmologist said, "Despite the fact that these eyes don't consume any chakra with all the details and the way that they can see they get strained easily." Then he looked at Naruto and asked, "Naruto, can you possibly turn this dojutsu off?"

Naruto replied in the negative, which made the ophthalmologist think deeply about what these eyes could be and why Naruto was having migraines regularly.

Hiruzen, thoughtful, looking at the ophthalmologist said, "So, is there any solution for now?"

The ophthalmologist thought for some time and said, "Though we don't know much about the eyes at this moment so we don't have many solutions. But as the problem stands that Naruto's eyes are giving him too much detail and information, so using black glass or a blindfold will solve the problem of migraines, that is my theory."

He again looked at Naruto and said, "So you can see through cloths?"

Naruto said, "Yes! I Can See Through cloth like normal."

The ophthalmologist said, "Then put on black glass or a blindfold, it will stop the problem."

Hiruzen and Naruto nodded and went back to Naruto's apartment.

From this, Naruto started wearing a blindfold or sometimes black glasses as the ophthalmologist suggested.

Even after 9 Years have passed, he doesn't know the full capabilities of his eyes, as there is no written theory of how to use those eyes, furthermore they didn't even know what these eyes were.
