Eleven

I can't believe how I fell for this. After hearing their discussion I left the room and went to my room before making myself visible again.

Now I have to come up with a plan to get out of here, but I can't let them see me. I have to keep acting as if nothing had happened. I feel like they don't know that I'm not human.

Maybe I should go back to the cave from last time and find some clues, I need to get out of here quickly.

I walk out of my room and run into Izzy, I look at her and wonder how she could have messed with me so much.

"Where are you going, sweetheart?" There's no point in calling me by that nickname, I know very well you hate me.

"I'm just going out for a walk after everything that happened today, it'll probably do me good." The further away I am from you, the better for me.

"Let me come with you then, you never know what might happen to you," as if my life mattered that much to you.

"No, I'd just like to be alone for a while, please, love." I'm disgusted with you, but at the moment I can't say anything.

" Hurry back afterwards, I'd like to continue what we were doing last night if you know what I mean." she says winking at me and I give her a fake smile.

"Don't worry, I'll be back before the sun goes down," so I'll be able to do my little exploration.

I leave the castle and head towards the mountain from last time except that I notice that there is someone following me, I'd better lose her by making myself invisible.

I head towards the forest and hide behind a tree before making myself invisible. I then continue on my way, but I fall by mistake and become visible again.

" Ouch, it hurts so much ". The person who was following me steps in front of me, and it might be the girl with the mask from the last time.

"I don't know how far you're going to go, but I finally found you." I feel like she's lecturing me, and she doesn't even help me get up.

"Follow me, I'll take you to a safer place than here." She's really strange.

"Why should I follow you when I don't even know you?" I say, starting to walk from the opposite direction.

"You're even stupider than I thought, you know the truth about the demons that took you in, and you think you're going to make it on your own." I think she's not wrong.

"Wait for me please" I say as I walk faster to catch up with her, but she doesn't listen to me and lets me walk behind her.

I walk behind her for at least 10 minutes then she stops, and I bump into her.

"You've got eyes and yet you can't even stop when I do. " She starts to get on my nerves, and it's me that got hurt not her.

"You could start by being more respectful with me." she starts laughing at my sentence

"You almost slept with a demon and you dare to tell me that, I won't respect you until you show me that you're really worth it." That's it, I'm going to beat her up, it's not possible to be so disrespectful and then how does she know all this.

"How do you know so much about me?" she's only seen me once, and I feel like she knows what happened to me.

"First let's go to my place and maybe I'll answer your questions there." She's way too bossy for me.

I follow her and then we enter her den, it's a small wooden hut, it's really hard to locate as I've never seen it before. The interior is quite cosy, but it's quite small, so it's ideal for just one person. She puts her coat down on her chair before taking off her mask and I take the time to observe her, she's really hot, she's got black and purple hair with red eyes, and she's really imposing. She takes off her shirt and I notice that she has a scar on her stomach, exactly the same place where I stabbed her.

"Don't feel guilty about it, I've had worse injuries than this." I have no doubts now that it was her I had met in the forest last time.

"Can I ask you how you found me and also explain everything to me? I have the impression that you know much more than I do. And why did you rebel against your own family. "

"I will not answer any questions about my private life, it is none of your business. Last time I tasted your blood, with my magic I can follow you or even know exactly where you are."

"Why didn't you tell me from the beginning?" it seems logical that she should have started with that.

"How could I have told you anything, you were always with people who could have been dangerous for me?" She's not wrong, until today I was always followed or even accompanied.

"What should I do, Jade?" without realizing it, I called her by her name.

"You know my name. Don't say it again, I have the impression that when you say it, you're salting it." I couldn't stand that woman for long.

"What do you want me to call you then?" She gets on my nerves.

"Call me boss, and obey my orders if you don't want to die quickly." What kind of name is that, she feels so superior to me ?

"I'm not going to call you that, you're still Jade and that's it." I'm not going to let her walk all over me, I'm an independent woman.

"You have character, but don't say my name again." She pushes me against the wall.

"Don't be so confident with me, you're only prey for me." She looks at me with her red eyes and I feel like I'm exposed to her, it's not like when I was with Izzy, I'm not really attracted by her body but rather by her authoritarian character that make me want to show up.

"I may be a prey as you say, but I'm a person first and don't think I'll let you get to me." I stick to her a bit more, and then she backs off.

"Well, call me what you like, I don't care anyway, but tonight you'll have to kill Izzy." How am I supposed to kill her, and then she'll probably heal herself.

"But it won't be like it was with you last time when you healed yourself?"

"No she won't regenerate, she's not like me, but it could seriously hurt or even kill her if you use that." she hands me a dagger

"I know you've got all your weapons back so make sure you hide that one." she said

"But I couldn't hide it anywhere and then they might notice right away. "

"No don't worry use your power on it and you'll make it invisible and don't worry if anything goes wrong I'll come to your rescue." should I really trust her and then maybe she's also in league with Izzy and the others.

"I think you probably don't trust me, but don't worry," my eyes soften, and I pick up the dagger and walk out of her house and towards the castle.

I'm sorry Izzy, but this is the end for you.
