People working in this base are a mix of scientists, engineers, and military personnel. They all wear specialized uniforms. They move around the base with purpose, focused on their tasks and duties. Some are stationed on control panels, while others are performing maintenance on equipment or conducting experiments. The atmosphere is one of intense concentration.

As some of the workers take a break, they remain stationed at their posts. Some sit in ergonomic chairs, typing away at sleek computers with holographic displays, while others relax in specially designed pods that simulate a zero-gravity environment. In one of the highly advanced control rooms of this state-of-the-art facility, a group of scientists in white lab coats were engaged in a discussion. They were responsible for monitoring any anomalies that could potentially occur within the country's boundaries.

Each of them was assigned to manage a specific area, and the room was equipped with cutting-edge supercomputers that were capable of detecting sound waves emitted by any object or being within their designated areas.

However, it was important to note that these devices only recorded the sound waves of targets that had wavelengths spanning kilometers, making it a rare occurrence for them to detect any abnormalities.

Usually, their work mostly involved monitoring natural occurrences such as thunderstorms. Nevertheless, they remained vigilant, always on the lookout for any abnormal activity.

The atmosphere in the room was amicable, a positive thing for Hou Fan, who was a new recruit and still learning about the organization's work. His teammates were supportive, but at the same time, they enjoyed teasing him, as they were doing right now.

One of his colleagues teased, "Ha, Ha, Ha, did you dump another girl, Hou Fan?"

"And here I thought you might last for a month or two this time," added another colleague jokingly.

Despite the teasing, Hou Fan, a young man in his late twenties, laughed along with his colleagues.

The person joking with him was Yi Fu, his colleague who was in his early thirties. Being the junior who had just joined the post, Hou Fan was often the subject of his seniors' teasing. However, he didn't mind it too much as he knew that it was all in good fun.

Yi Fu, who appeared to be ridiculing him, was actually a very caring person and often helped Hou Fan a lot in his work. This was something that Hou Fan greatly appreciated, and he knew that he could count on Yi Fu's support whenever he needed it.

A voice interrupted the teasing banter, " "Yi Fu, cut it out. Give Huo Fan a break, he'll find someone when the time is right."

The voice belonged to one of the women in the room, who had been quietly listening to the conversation. Her words were met with agreement from some of the others.

Before Yi Fu could retort, a plastic can flew towards him and hit him on the forehead with a low thud, clearly the perpetrator only threw it lightly.

Yi Fu rubbed the spot on his head where Old Ye had playfully knocked him. "That stings, Old Ye," he said with a smile.

Old Ye chuckled. "If you want me to stop hitting you, then you need to grow up mentally, not physically."

The group laughed at Old Ye's comment, including Huo Fan, who appreciated the camaraderie of his new colleagues.

The team had a close-knit bond, where honesty and openness were highly valued. This created a warm and welcoming environment where everyone enjoyed teasing and helping each other.

Huo Fan considered himself lucky to have landed in such a post, with the opportunity to work alongside such wonderful people. The team comprised of Huo Fan, the newest and most junior member, followed by Yi Fu, who had been with the team for two years and enjoyed teasing his colleagues.

The third member was Han Lin, a beautiful woman in her early thirties with long black hair cascading down her back, and smooth white skin. Zhang Fu, a middle-aged man in his forties, was the fourth member of the team.

Lastly, the team was led by Ye Yan, fondly called "Old Ye" by his team members. He was a man in his late fifties, with wrinkles around his eyes and a head of hair that was turning white. With retirement looming, he led the team with wisdom and experience.

Han Lin spoke gently, "It's important to find someone to share your life with, Huo Fan." They had discussed this topic countless times before.

Despite being in his mid-twenties, Huo Fan had yet to find a suitable partner. It wasn't that he lacked in any particular department; he was above average in terms of looks and if we talk about wealth than even the lowest of employee working in this secret government facility earned way more money than a white colored cooperate worker, and he didn't perform poorly in bed either. However, for one reason or another, his previous partners had all left him. Some left on their own, and others he left after being with them for a while.

Huo Fan had become accustomed to the constant teasing about his love life. It seemed like every day, someone in the office would bring up the fact that he was still single and poke fun at him for it.

"Let's get back to work, everyone," Old Ye announced, signaling the end of the discussion. He then turned to Huo Fan and reassured him, "Don't pay attention to what they say. You're excelling in your job, and that's all that matters."

Huo Fan let out a small chuckle, appreciating Old Ye's attempt at cheering him up. "Thanks, Old Ye," he said, though the words didn't completely alleviate his worries.

Zhang Fu chimed in, trying to lighten the mood, "Hey, don't sweat it, Huo Fan. You've got money in the bank, so you'll never die single."

Huo Fan rolled his eyes, not amused by the joke. "Yeah, that's real comforting," he muttered, his tone revealing his dejection.

Old Ye watched as Huo Fan returned to his work, looking crestfallen. He wanted to say something more to lift the young man's spirits but decided against it, knowing that sometimes words were not enough. After that each member of the team went back to their respective tasks

Suddenly, a loud siren went off, making Huo Fan jump in his seat. The geophone had detected an anomaly, and the alarms on the computers of Huo Fan, Han Lin, and Yi Fu were blaring. Huo Fan and others quickly snapped out of their drowsiness and monotone laziness and began to assess the situation.

As the danger siren blared through the corridors of the secret government facility, panic set in among the workers. Huo Fan, Han Lin, Yi Fu, and Zhang Fu, all members of the facility's security team, rushed to check the computers.

Huo Fan, being the junior member, was visibly nervous. The sound of the siren was deafening, and the red emergency lights were casting an eerie glow on the walls. Han Lin was calm but alert, quickly scanning the computer in front of her for any signs of danger. Ye Yan, the experienced member and leader of the team, was barking orders at the others.

"Check all the sectors for any anomalies! Move it!" he shouted.

Zhang Fu, one of the oldest members of the team, was struggling to keep up with the others but he pushed himself forward, determined to do his part.

In no time, an anomaly was detected, and coincidentally, it was Huo Fan who picked up on it.

"Report!" he yelled for everyone in the room to hear.

"The geophones detected an anomaly, sir," Huo Fan said, trying to sound as confident as possible.

"Which sector?" Ye Yan asked, his face serious.

"Sector 05, sir," Han Lin replied.

Ye Yan nodded and quickly typed in some commands on the computer. The map of the facility appeared on the screen, and he began to zoom in on sector 05.

"Initiate the amplification and conversion process," he instructed in a firm tone, "and once it's complete, play it through the speakers."

Huo Fan watched as his colleagues scrambled to carry out his instructions. Han Lin quickly made her way to the second control room connected to their room while Yi Fu ran towards the sound system to get it ready.

Old Ye stood beside Huo Fan, looking at him with a mix of concern and curiosity. "What did you detect, Huo Fan?" he asked.

Huo Fan shook his head. "I'm not sure yet," he replied. "But it's definitely something we've never seen before."

As they waited for the amplification process to complete, the tension in the room grew palpable. Huo Fan's heart raced as he wondered what kind of anomaly he had detected. Was it a breach in the facility's security system? A malfunction in one of their machines?

Finally, Han Lin's voice came over the intercom. "Amplification and conversion complete," she announced.

Yi Fu nodded at her, indicating that he was ready to play the sound through the speakers. With a deep breath, Huo Fan nodded his head, giving the signal to proceed.

The sound continued to reverberate through the entire facility, the loud roar of the beast overwhelming every other sound, the very earth beneath their feet was shaking. The speakers, unable to handle the intensity of the sound, began to crackle and pop until they finally exploded, sending shards of metal and plastic flying in all directions.

Huo Fan and his colleagues scrambled to take cover, shielding themselves from the shrapnel. Once the roar finally died down, there was a stunned silence that filled the air.

"Is everyone okay?" Huo Fan asked, looking around at his colleagues.

They all nodded, but the look on their faces was one of shock and disbelief. None of them had ever heard a sound like that before, and they were all wondering what kind of creature could make such a noise.

Ye Yan knew that they needed to report this to their superiors immediately. They couldn't just ignore an anomaly of this magnitude. He quickly typed up a report and sent it off to the appropriate channels, hoping that they would take swift action.

As they waited for a response, Huo Fan and his colleagues tried to wrap their heads around what they had just witnessed. The sound of that roar still echoed in their ears, and they couldn't shake the feeling of unease that it had left behind.

Huo Fan could hear a sense of relief from his colleagues. They all knew that the sound came from something huge, but they didn't know what it was.

Huo Fan glanced at his computer screen, where the geophone data was still streaming in. The readings were off the charts. Whatever had made that sound was at least more than a kilometer in size.

He couldn't help but wonder what kind of monstrosity they had stumbled upon.

BEEEEEEP!!!

Soon more and more sirens began to resound in the secret facility sending the people in the base into chaos.

In no time the whole base was sent into red alert.

'Just what in the name of god is happening' Huo Fan frowned inwardly.

Huo Fan didn't know what they had just heard, but what he felt was that they had just heard something that would soon change the world, they had just witnessed a history.
