SEVEN : Why can’t I wake up with you

It is being said,

When two souls connect

There's a lot a loving heart

All your sorrows swept

Even more, this connection is so strong, the longing for being together it's impossible to contain. The heart weeps, silently copacetic, turning all things never pathetic, but instead, an idyllic hurly-burly delectation feeling, nights of extensive yammer.

My muse, cynosure for sure, never put a pressure on our relationship, slowly got to know each other, getting to think in the sane wavelength, understanding our differences…

That was the base of our strong love for each other….and kept growing no matter the situations we got involved into, regardless of our jobs and busy schedules. At the start it was ok, dealing with university issues, later on, with job schedules and other matters, you know, life as a couple…

Those aspects listed before were never an issue with this couple, as they grew up together, shared many experiences together, feeding that first lucky love not many survive due to many other excuses, this one, a lucky loving relationship to watch grow and strengthen with time.

Before the Winter Solstice, when Collin and Marge Griffin met Ada, knew this lady was to be the one God prepared for him. Parents know when to recognize it, but never tell. They respected Cree's decisions, and they left it to Garret's hands to find out if Ada was to be the right one to share the rest of his life with. They already knew before hand, but being this young, neither of the parents pushed them to make a decision.

Soon enough, Cree's thoughts only were for Ada, and Ada's about Cree became mor preeminent. It did not interfere with their university and college studies, but their love and passion for each other claimed them both to a point that a way way of becoming one was needed and imminent. Both needed to seal their love forever and never be apart.

They needed to do something that would claim their love and be forever one.

Cree's questioned himself many times: Why can't I wake up with you? I can't decide if I should read or think, hoping you think the same as me…

-I feel alive when I'm with you,

Murmured Cree to himself

-you're my life….

Continued, while lying in bed. And a long sigh followed….

The next day, they met at the cafeteria grounds of The Confederacy Of Free Turtle Island, and sat together at the table, their usual every morning routine before study time.

-Ada, said Cree, after taking a sip of his morning coffee.

-yes darling, responded Ada

After taking a bite at her vegan wrap

-I feel alive when I'm around you, you are my life, my everything love

Cree said that holding Ada's hand and looking at his luscious red lips

-tell me; why can't I wake up with you, Somewhere there when I open my eyes, Baby why can't I wake up with you,

You're my life, my love

Said Cree to Ada holding her hand steady and strong, to make her realize he really meant his love for her.

Ada, looked at him and smile, the sweetest smile Cree has ever seen, her dark brown hair, shining under the sunshine coming through the window, made look her incredibly beautiful in the eyes of Cree, the time where everything seemed to have stopped around them, just to be the witnesses of the start of a new life, a new chapter in their both, life's and many more chapters.

The bell rang announcing the start of the new semester at The Confederacy Of Free Turtle Island headquarters, but somewhere on their way to their classrooms, both decided to take a detour, but a stolen kiss from Ada, and a blink confirmed to Cree they would meet at recess by the sports gym.

A pleasant surprise will be ready for both, to enjoy themselves and make their love stronger, forever.

Cree went to study and graduate as a Hydraulic Engineer and Ada to become a field auditor, building and manufacturing and business development.
