"Yes, sir". Taking out a file from his jacket he started reading from it, "She is a 16- year- old destitute girl, who had come to this city 4 months back and since then she is working in that coffee house at night."

"In the morning from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., she works at a computer repair shop. She is very efficient in her work and completes the whole day's work in just 4 hours. That's why the owner never complains and gives her full salary.

"After finishing her work in the computer repair shop, her next place of work is never fixed".

He nodded his head and explained his point, "I said that because from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. she roams around different streets with her toolbox, and repair broken machines".

"There's no pattern in her choice and she would just roam around at her own will. But she has become quite famous for this talent of hers; people wait for her arrival to get their machine repaired".

"She can not only repair them but can also build them from scratch. To help a beggar in this scorching heat, she created a solar fan for him using a broken washing machine". Private Investigator was impressed by this and included it in his report.

"From 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. she sits in a garden and writes something on a notebook".

"Does by any chance you know what she writes?", he questioned.

"Yes, sir… I stole her notebook to take a look. She had written some kind of computer codes in it".

Hearing this he raised his brows and asked coldly, "You stole her notebook?"

Private Investigator gulped, "I did… But after taking a look I put it back in her bag discreetly".

"Good!"

Sighing in relief he continued, "From there she would go straight to her house and remain in there till 9:30 p.m."

"Then from 9:30 p.m. till next day 4:00 a.m. she works at a coffee house. After her night shift gets over she would return back to her home. "

"She works all day? What about school or college?"

"No sir, I have checked all the school and college records of this city, but she has not enrolled anywhere."

Feng Jianyu pondered, 'No school and college? Why?' He frowned and asked, "You said she came here 4 months back, right? From where? What about her life before coming here?"

"No record found.… I asked a police officer friend of mine to check the citizen's database of this country, and she is not registered there. Probably she is an illegal immigrant."

"Don't hide your incompetency behind presumptions", Feng Jianyu sternly said.

Private investigator pursed his lips, "Sorry sir! Umm… There is one more thing I found out."

"She is working free of cost at the coffee house in exchange for accommodation and food. Owners of that coffee house is an elderly couple, she takes care of them and their coffee house. In return, they provide her with good food and safe shelter."

He continued, "I think she is in need of money. Every month she takes her salary in advance and while repairing machines also, people pay her in advance before getting their machine repaired.

When I got my car repaired, I paid her beforehand too."

"Anything else?"

"No sir, but she is really something… I have never seen such a young and intelligent girl in my life", Private Investigator could not stop himself from praising her.
