With a smirk on his Lu Cheng said"oh,it looks like Miss Wang is close to my mum"

And of course our idiot Wang bao Yan didn't sense the sarcasm dripping from his voice. Instead,she thought she has gotten the attention of our ice prince (well she did,but not in the way she expected).

"of course Mr Lu,your mum seems to enjoy my company ". Wang bao Yan said with a smug expression on her face.

"oh,then I will have to trouble miss Wang to put good word for me in the future "An Fen said with a calm expression on his face if only one could see what was in his mind then you see he's no different from his boss who by the way is a demon it's very wicked one at that.

The stupid young Miss didn't catch the sinister expression glued onto his face.

then she went ahead and continue speaking with smug expression on her face.

the people people around lu Cheng had different expressions on their faces as they looked at her with Pity while others looked at her with disgust plain on their faces.

while all she kept on speaking the expression on his face changed drastically he got angry but fortunately for her the waiter decided to come at this specific moment thereby saving her from his wicked self who decided to take their orders.

although a lot of the people around Lu Cheng didn't notice the disgust and self mockery that flashed in her eyes.

Lu Cheng being the most perceptive person he was,it was quite easy for him to confirm that his suspicions where true.

'so we are in the same boat ' Lu Cheng thought before looking outside.

'this won't do,I'll have to get rid of all this people I am pretty sure that the people over to the left and those at the center are spies to my mom I've got to get rid of them so my plan can work'

With a cold voice, Lu Cheng ordered all his associates 2go to the supermarket to get him fresh fruit because he craving for one and because he doesn't want to eat the one from the restaurant, or at least that's what they thought.

On receiving the command,they all dashed out except the spies that were placed by his mother.

with a sigh, Lu Cheng muttered 'just as I thought '

With a cold glare from Lu Cheng directed at them,the bodyguards/spies ran out.

On seeing that they all ran out Lu Cheng began to speak.

"you can drop the act,what were you threatened with?" being a straight forward wasn't a problem for him after all that's how he was raised in both lifetimes.

"heh seems like Mr Lu is just as the rumors says"Wang bao Yan decided to drop the act.

Lu Cheng said nothing and just lifted his eyebrows.

Wang bao Yan decided to ignore his behavior and continued her speech as if he didn't exist.

"Since you've found out, let's just get this over with it would be better if you just tell your parents that you don't like me and ask them to set up a date with my step sister instead" upon hearing her entire speech,Lu Cheng decided that it was time to talk

" Don't you think it will be more advantageous for us both if you pretend to be my girlfriend untill we both achieve what we want,you can also use my name to make your revenge a lot more easier" Lu Cheng said with a cold smirk on his face.

On hearing the last part, Wang bao Yan's expression changed instantly,her face became darker.

on seeing her expression Lu Cheng was satisfied he felt very happy annoying this lady even though he doesn't get why he was behaving like that, probably because she looked at him with disgust earlier on and she hurt his pride. yes, that must be the reason after all a normal man can't take it talk less of a proud man as himself.

"And what do you propose Mr Lu?"Wang bao Yan asked with a provocative look on her face. looking at his darkened face, she felt satisfied

On seeing the smug look on her face he knew that she intentionally threw a jab at him by using addressing him as"sir".

"first an foremost I would like it if you addressee as sir since we are nok partners, it would be appreciated if you addressed me as Lu Cheng,in addition to that I am sure miss Wang knows that she has no choice in this so instead of fighting it use it to your advantage". Wang bao Yan took note of the subtle jab he threw at her.

'petty man and vicious man', she thought while looking like she's about to cough up blood.

Satisfied on seeing the results of his subtle jab he decided to let her talk without interrupting.

"And what exactly do you propose?, Marriage of convenience?" Wang bao Yan said while lifting one of her eyebrows up.

" Don't overestimate yourself,I don't intend to get married either for love or for convenience"Lu Cheng said with a serious face as he was reminded of what he wanted to forget.

On seeing the expression on his face,Wang bao Yan realized that she wasn't the only one battling monsters even the powerful master Lu Cheng also had his and she was curious to find out what it was.
