As everyone accepted the invite, they received a notification welcoming them into the guild {Mysterious Fire Sword}.

Sword assigned the role of 'Vice-Guild Leader' to Fire and Shadow.

Then, she manually created the 'Honorary Regent' position. She set up the permissions and authority attached to the role and assigned the role to Sunny.

Then, she set up the guild members' ranking system.

When a new member joins the guild, they will automatically be assigned the 'D-grade Guild Member' role.

A guild member's rank can be upgraded based on their contribution to the guild calculated using contribution points. Contribution points can be earned by doing various things that help the guild.

Such as providing information, donating Gold Coins, equipment, completing missions given by the guild, etc.

Many rules and limitations were also set up regarding the contribution point (CP) one can gain through Gold Coins, equipment, etc.
