NORMAL AGAIN
The dawn came fast, and it broke forth without fulfilling it's promise of making everything new. Images and memory of yesterday still played fresh on Esmeralda mind, although a part of her wonders if Seline and her father are alive or doing fine because of the condition they left the castle with.
The fake cough of someone breaks her out of her thought, tearing her gaze from her room window, she fix them on her mother.
Seline was wrong Esmeralda, you have big heart, you can't stand to see others in pain, and it was this weakness Angel Maria preyed on.
Although the words were comforting, but that was the last thing Esmeralda wanted to hear.

Esmeralda bluntly said before shifting her gaze back to the window, to view MALDITO as much as her small eyes could let her. She knows her mother is just trying to make her feel better, but a part of her can't help but ponder on what Seline had said.
