As soon as Tessa had received the location Fred sent, she had informed them and also disclosed the possibility of Fred's friends in the force who might be helping him.

"Oh yes, fortunately, when Ryan informed the commissioner of police, he had told him not to disclose it yet, so now that we have an idea about who his friends are, Reese and Becca are working on it."
