Ramen

Raizen moved to the hotel room and logged out using the instructions Natasha taught him beforehand.

"Log out" he said as he was ejected out of the game world.

The capsule slowly opened as Raizen got up. There was an ever-present little smirk on his face that made it hard for people to understand his thoughts.

"Come on, I want to taste the human delectables of this era" Raizen announced as he stretched a bit.

Natasha and Chris looked a bit at a loss as Raizen seemed to change a little and was more open.

"Wait a minute, Can you eat human food? Aren't vampires only supposed to drink blood?" Natasha asked. She has done deep research on vampires using lost folklore and reading many books.

"Are you Dhampir? As far as I know, Dhampir can eat normal food" Natasha asked excitedly. Usually, she was very silent and reserved but whenever something vampire related comes she becomes very talkative and excited.

'Am I the only normal one here?' Chris thought.

"Haha, little Natasha don't become overly excited. I am just an ordinary vampire" saying that Raizen left the capsule room.

Natasha pouted a little as Raizen shifted the topic whenever she brought up something vampire related. Still, she regained her composure and dropped the topic.

She wanted to take it slowly and didn't want to rush Raizen. After all, she had read that vampires were vicious species. Who knows what Raizen would do if he was angered?

"We could eat here or go outside and go to a hotel" Natasha asked Raizen. Chris very much hoped to go to a fancy restaurant and piggyback off of Natasha's money.

"Hmm, I have completed playing the game for now. Let's go outside and eat. I still have many things I want to see" Raizen answered.

The three of them paid the bill and left the VR cafe. Sadly, Chris had to pay for himself. Natasha paid for Raizen and she didn't play because Raizen was using her account.

Only one player could play in an account at a time.

"What a stingy woman" Chris muttered as he left the cafe with Raizen and Natasha. She naturally ignored him. It seems she still held a grudge against him because he kidnapped her.

Even though it was late at night, the streets were still lively. Billboards were playing many ads but most of them were about Reverie.

"What country are we in?" Raizen asked suddenly. After he woke up he didn't know which part of the world he was in or which continent.

"Ah?" both Chris and Natasha were suddenly at a loss for words. Natasha was suddenly enlightened.

"Are you asking about the countries of the previous century?" Natasha asked. How long has it been since someone remembered the old countries?

"Interesting. It seems the humans once again changed their systems" Raizen muttered thoughtfully.

After thinking for some time, Natasha answered "I can't tell which country accurately but we are currently in Eurasia"

"Oh, did Europe and Asia become a single continent?" Raizen asked.

"Sort of. It's a long story" Natasha answered dreading the history of the past 100 years.

"Oh, then what do you call this place or city?" Raizen asked curiously. While playing the game he saw a group of people hunting a wolf.

He suddenly remembered that he had a little monster wolf as a pet. He also didn't see him last time when he was active since he was too big to mingle with humans.

He wanted to know if that little wolf was still alive and well. If there is a chance he wants to meet the little wolf.

"Oh, we are in City D of Zone 5" Chris answered.

"Oh ok, afterward just tell me the area which had Scandinavia" Raizen said. He last saw the little wolf near Denmark.

"Oh, you can buy a geography guide. There you can check the zones in which the old countries were present before" Chris answered.

"Hmm, it seems you do have some brain" Natasha said with a sneer.

"Hey, know that I got scholarships from many universities but I refused them all since I wanted to concentrate on Reverie" Chris answered with a flushed face.

"And playing Assassin" Natasha once more taunted him.

'You b*tch' Chris was going to say it when he suddenly remembered how he was shamelessly beaten by Natasha. So, he swallowed his anger.

As they were walking along the streets, Raizen suddenly saw something and went toward leaving Chris and Natasha confused.

They immediately went after him like parents chasing a child after the child was attracted by sweet shops.

"A Japanese Ramen" Raizen muttered moving towards the Ramen shop he noticed while walking along the road.

Many people were eating outside the Ramen shop and many people were still waiting for their orders. It seemed this shop was fairly popular.

"Do you guys eat Ramen?" Raizen asked Natasha and Chris. Natasha didn't seem to mind. Chris begrudgingly agreed. He hoped to eat in an expensive restaurant using Natasha's money.

They waited for some time for their orders to arrive. After a few minutes, everyone had a bowl of piping hot Ramen in their hands.

"You guys are paying, right? Or else I will go home and just have instant noodles" Chris asked beforehand.

"Don't worry little Natasha will pay" Raizen said as Natasha made an irritated face.

The taste was very good and everyone enjoyed it very much. Raizen even got seconds and tried different combinations.

After having their stomach filled, except for Raizen. Since he ate just for taste. Even if he could eat human food, it could never make him full.

"Why don't you come with me to stay the night?" Natasha asked Raizen.

"Don't worry, I will wander around the city. Since I just woke up from a long sleep, it will be a long while before I can sleep again" Raizen answered with a smile.

"Okay, let's meet tomorrow morning at the entrance of the VR cafe" Natasha said. Soon a car came to pick her up and she went her own way.

"Okay, goodnight great immortal" Chris also left. Raizen stood alone in the night, enjoying the moon.
