"What the hell do you think you are doing?" Was the first thing that left Dominique's mouth as he stepped into the room, his voice sharp and filled with tension.
Kalina briefly spared him a glance, her expression indifferent, before continuing what she was doing, her movements methodical and deliberate.
"I am talking to you." Dominique said, his voice louder as he walked further into the room, his presence imposing.
"I know. I am simply ignoring you." She replied flatly. "Besides, you can clearly see that I am packing."
"Yeah, but why?" He asked, his confusion evident as his eyes darted around the room, taking in the sight of her packing.
"Isn't it obvious? I am leaving." She said, zipping up a small carry-on bag with a calm, determined expression.
