Frankly speaking, when Matthias wasn't working, that handsome face of his was way too attractive.

At first, I was worried that having dinner with my boss at the same table might give me indigestion, but as it turned out, good looks genuinely had their benefits.

Even though he just sat there wordlessly, he was like a work of art.

Right as I was planning to get a third serving of risotto, Matthias finally looked in my direction.

"Does dining with me give you such a good appetite?"

I was struck dumb.

He was a fine man; it was just a pity he had to have a mouth!

I was not only an employee but also a foodie! Was that wrong?

Swallowing my genuine thoughts down my throat, I forced out a smile and spoke tactfully.

"It's a rare opportunity!"

Matthias' smile seemed to deepen a little.

Sure enough, no bosses disliked flattery.

Fortunately, he didn't mock me for my big appetite anymore and even took the initiative to do the dishes.
