"I'm leaving the entertainment industry."

On the other end of the line, Jeffery paused for a moment and was probably a little surprised. "Why do you have this idea all of a sudden?"

This used to be my dream. The higher I stood, the more likely Jeffery would see me.

But now, I didn't need that anymore.

"I didn't answer him. I just asked, "Will you accompany me on my birthday?"

From the other end of the line, I heard Jeffery's assistant reporting the day's schedule to him.

"Yes."

"I want to parachute."

"Okay."

Our conversation was straightforward and brief.

On the day before my birthday, Jeffery set aside his work and took me to the Arhaus mountain in Switzerland.

We walked hand in hand through the valley in a summer day like a couple in love.

It was so beautiful here. The grassland was vast like a fairyland. I took a lot of photos with Jeffery.

"I want to stay here forever."

Jeffery looked at me, wanting to say something but stopped on second thought.
