I sat quietly in my seat, head low so that none of them could see the scowl that had made itself home on my face.

Thomas sits next to me and Mason on my right.

Both boys were now sporting fresh bruises that scatter along their faces and knuckles.

It hadn't even been the normal?typical?fight. Their fights were brutal and bloody.

I thought they were going to murder each other if it wasn't for the fact that Mr Baldwin intervened.

And what I mean by intervene, I mean by, calling the Principal and letting him handle it.

It was a shit show really.

I recognize that charm in his voice and look up, frowning openly.

Did he think that was going to work?
