A young man at the age of 20 sat still in the middle of an empty metal room. sitting just behind him was Julian, his hand relaxed on the mortals body and four unique energies flowed through his hand before uniting into a single energy known simply as PERQ. Radiation, Electricity, Qi and Pyshic energy filled his body and transformed the fibers of his being. Each cell underwent an overwhelming transformation and when he was done the mortal infront of him had a body similar to a Heavens chosen Constitution.

The process was incredibly tiring for both of them and Julian left first to go rest in his room. Over the Years he gained the habit of laying in his bed doing nothing but reading notifications and talking with Ai. He didn't need to sleep but he still wanted to as he was still affected by stress and a good night's sleep was beneficial to him. He looked at the clock on the wall and it read 7:34pm in black text.

later He awoke and and looked at the clock again, 7:09am. He got up stretched and got ready for the day, he had 5 meetings with 5 different sect leaders. They were meeting to discuss what to do with the soon to be disbanded blue dragon sect. Another thing Julian did these 10 years was slowly ruin the Blue dragon sect. The greatest contributor was Hunar basu in the Divine White Tiger sect. To Hunar gaining the favor of the Emperor in exchange for slowly collaping a rival sect was an amazing deal.

The sheer resources distributed to the soldiers of the empire was quickly known by the Golden sects who settled down in the city during these years. There new recruits quickly declined as they could not give their disciples the same treatment the empire gave its soldiers. The Imperiun didn't discriminate either, they took in anyone who joined and gave them everything they needed to succeed. While this at first didn't hurt them too badly as they still offered better skills and techniques/abilities so they still had the means to recruit some disciples. This changed suddenly without warning when the Soldier library was flooded with Thousands of high level techniques. The sects monopoly ceased to exist and soon they could not recruit anyone despite offering great rewards. Then something devastating happened, disciples started leaving the sects to join the Imperium.

The leaders of the sects spoke with Julian and after many back and forth arguments 5 out the 8 Golden sects agreed to his proposal. Many citizens of the Imperium still Worship the Golden sects and their techniques are known widely by the people. Due to this when some soldiers came to collect a skill or technique reward from the library they asked if it was possible to learn them. This demand was sent to Julian and he proposed that the soldiers of the Imperium could Join a sect to learn their techniques. They would have to swear a soul oath to not distribute the technique and had to practice in Seclusion or within the sect itself. The soldiers would officially join the sect as a disciple and learn the sects teachings but ultimately they were soldiers of the Imperium and imperial orders were above sect orders. In exchange the Imperium would fully supply the sects with the same resources the Imperial Army was given. This way the sects can continue to pull in recruits and not die out over time. The 5 sects that agreed to this are The Divine White Tiger sect, The Iron blood sect, Bahee Sect, The Iron tails sect, and The Divine Wind sect. The three that refused were the Warrior God's sect, Blue dragon sect and the Steel skin sect.

These 3 sects had too much pride being the 3 protectors of the south, they were used to being equal to the King and not beneath an Emperor. Julian Accepted their refusals and let them go their way, either they fall and he absorbes them or they accept his offer willingly and flourish, either way he didn't care.

Julian waited inside a large room with a golden Round table that had 50 seats. Normally it was used for him to meet and talk with the original 40 and other important figures of the empire but today it was used for the meeting with the 5. The leaders arrived one by one, First was Hunar basu of the Divine White Tiger sect who was elected as the representative by the sect leader and elders. Next was Will Henry Sect leader of the Divine Wind sect, followed by mucagi wachatta leader of the Iron Tailed sect. The last two came in around the same time, Alexey Vladmir sect leader of the Iron blood sect and Mike Bahee leader of the Bahee sect. With everyone gathered Julian began to speak.

" Since everyone is here I will start. As you all know the plan to collapse the Blue dragon sect has gone smoothly. Once they actually disband I will take over the sects Techniques and you all can help yourselves to the talented disciples left behind along side the reward I have promised you. Besides this there is another major issue I would like to discuss with you all. I would like the 5 Golden sects gathered here to become the 9th branch of the Imperium. Officially known as the Cultivation Association. "

His words fell and Hunar basu replied immediately. " I like this idea, The Divine White Tiger sect agrees with this proposal. however I would like to know what will happen to our individual freedoms. Will we become controlled by the Imperium or will we work together like we have been doing? "

" That's a good question. You will still retain your ownership of your sects, all I ask is that you work hand to hand with the other branches of the Imperium to protect the Empire and train its youth. The Imperium is in dire need of Teachers, you all posses the knowledge required to help the youth cultivate effectively. "

Mike Bahee rubbed some dust off of his shoulder and spoke

" Whats in it for us? our young disciples might be getting resources from you but we old cultivators are not. If you want our knowledge and time it will not come freely. "

The others nodded in agreement and Julian pulled out a 5 spirit rings and slid them to each of them.

" This is what I will pay you every Year for your time and Knowledge, work hard and I may be generous enough to double this amount in the future. "

The faces of the 5 went pale when they saw the treasures inside the rings. Alexey smiled and looked at Julian.

" This is a Very satisfactory amount, The Iron blood sect would be happy to join this Association and work closer alongside the Imperium. "

Will Henry Looked at Julian and nodded

" I agree, The Divine Wind sect shall join this association alongside the Imperium. "

Mucagi hesitated for a moment before asking his own question. " How are you able to afford all of this? just what is allowing you to make these ridiculously generous offers? "

Julian laughed and smiled

" That's classified information but I can show you something cool. "

He activated his master building glove and raised his hand with his palm facing up. within seconds a rank 8 Beast core manifested in his hand. The eyes of all the men present widened and they could barely believe their eyes.

" This gentleman is why I am able to get to where I am today. You can either join me and prosper alongside Me with unlimited cultivation resources or you can fall into history. the choice is in your hands here today.

Everyone looked at the core in his hands and at the same time they all replied " We accept your conditions. "

Julian smiled and got up from his chair.

" I'm glad that 5 out of the original 9 Golden sects will remain for the future days to come. You have always been a symbol of hope for the human race in these lands. With my help you will surpass any and all sects in this vast untamed world. I look forward to our mutually beneficial cooperation. "

Julian placed the core on the table then he made 4 more exact cores while they watched with great interest.

" Take this gift from me today and focus on your cultivation, Humanity needs strong heros to survive ant future calamities. "

he quickly rolled the 5 cores to each leader present and pounded his chest twice with his right hand before disappearing into the air.

The 5 men sat still looking at the core that sat in front of each of them. Mike had a look of desire plastered across his face and he looked to his friend Alexey " I'm calling in all my favors Alexey! Can I please have that core!!! "

With Mike starting them off all five began to bring up anything they could to try and get their hands on another core. The bickering lasted for an hour before they were kicked out of the meeting room by William who was about to hold a meeting with the original 39.
