Enzo, without Lily needing to say anything, actually knew what was on the mind of the owner of the trembling hand he was holding. But Enzo was sure that he didn't want anyone but Lily in his life. Enzo might seem to only think about Mia all the time. But deep down, Enzo also continued to worry about Lily. 

Enzo had tried to show Lily that he only loved Mia as a cousin, while Lily was someone he loved as a spouse. But Lily continued to think that her existence was not comparable to Mia in Enzo's heart. Lily was the only person who could control all his emotions. She filled Enzo's heart differently. Making him a gentler person and more controlled in front of others.

Enzo hoped that Lily would no longer consider herself insignificant to his proposal. He wanted Lily to know that she had his whole soul. They both had it and will stand side by side in this world.
