Hearing their murmurs, Kelvin decided to explain, "We've already discussed the critical issues; there's nothing else to discuss. If our staff are applying for the job, then let them continue; that's not a problem." He added, "You all can go now."

Dismissing the board members, they left the room, leaving only four people. Kelvin stayed to discuss with Selena and Jorge, Selena stayed because Kelvin hadn't left, and Jorge stayed because he wanted to discuss something with Kelvin. Now, only Amelia remained, and the question was, why didn't she leave?

Seeing that Amelia didn't leave, Kelvin looked at her. "When will you stop your childish game?" he asked, his voice dry.

Amelia, hearing his words, knew exactly what he was talking about. She expected him to stop the rumors, but she didn't anticipate him addressing it in the meeting.
