"You will only burden Daphne Tjia," continued Ansel Balder.
Alec's breath was low. Those words just melted his heart so smoothly. He has lost his function as a man who should be able to protect those he loves. That's why he must know himself.
"Daphne Tjia is still young. If she spends the rest of her life caring for disabled people, her future will be in vain. Apart from that…."
