Dinner at Colleen's residence was followed by small talk. Alec and Briareus were mostly silent. They answered as needed when asked, while Daphne Tjia yawned bored. From the very beginning, they only discussed the progress of the students' studies at the SEC, a topic that Daphne Tjia did not understand at all but Rachel Colleen enthusiastically responded to.
"Are you sleepy, love?" asked Ansel Balder when he found Daphne Tjia yawning for the umpteenth time.
Not sleepy in the truest sense, Daphne Tjia yawned from boredom, like a student forced to listen to a lesson from a teacher she didn't like.
"Yes, B. Let's go home," said Daphne Tjia.
"I still want to chat with you guys, and your cooking is delicious, Mrs. Colleen , " praised Ansel Balder as he raised his wine glass " sadly Daphne Tjia needs to rest . "
