Slap

"What's up with him?" Erick wondered but tossed the thought at the back of his head while smiling mischievously with his pair of eyes reflecting Draven's hair.

Draven was unaware Erick has something malicious plan while hiding behind him, as Erick raised his fist and smacked Draven into pieces. He was in euphoria thinking of the scene's gorgeous face being disfigured by him. After all, one thing he envied was appearance.

He had an average appearance before he decided to change it and became a thug. He wanted to attract girls due to his reputation and powers while basking in the pleasure of everyone trying to lick his shoe. Although his group might be small, his connections were everywhere.

The biggest connection he has to a person was Elliot, one of the well-known figures in the high school. It made him famous too, but still, some people were unaware of him. However, with a single look on his face and his friends, they would already assume he might be some bigwig on the campus.

'Ah~ the feeling of beating someone like him is rare indeed. It's akin to a man trying to find value in the junkyard!' He commented on his head as his fist was about to meet Draven's head.

However, before he knew it, Draven had already faced him with a playful smile akin to a clown playing with someone before killing them. Elliot, on the other hand, was already on the ground clutching his dislocated hand, with a clear painful expression on his face.

He turned his head upward with a stare so menacing that if looks could kill, Draven might have killed more than millions of times.

"This fucker! How did he obtain so much strength?!" Elliot cursed while trying to comfort the excruciating pain in his hands.

Some blood could be seen coming out, as the boon became distinct once the blood finally gushed out. If anyone saw this scene, they would subconsciously guard their hands, while feeling the pain as if they have empathy ability.

Meanwhile, Elliot comforts the pain but still remains on the ground. Erick finally realized he could not move his hand, as his eyes regained clarity, he realized Draven smiling at him as Draven clutched his hand. He tried to break it, but it did not even budge, while Draven continued the smile on his face.

It was amicable and friendly as if the person who smiled himself was an approachable and easygoing person. However, Erick thought otherwise, for he felt it was the smile of the devil. The terrified emotions slowly built up, and he could not control it from affecting his expression anymore.

A clear fear expression was painted on his face while hysterically trying to break free from Draven's grasp. However, Draven had long changed his facial expression to a stern one. His stare was cold as a glacier, and if the subject he directed his stare to met his eyes, he might have frozen to death.

"Bro! Let go of my hand, will you?" Erick smiled and tried to act friendly as if nothing happened.

He had this motto that made his reputation safe and possibly rises if things go well. "If your enemy is greater than you, befriend him. If not, offend him if it's the benefit for yourself." It might simple as it conveyed, but it meant a lot to him. It made him break all the obstacles appearing before him.

"Hey bro-,"

Before he could continue pleading to Draven to let his hands out of Draven's grasp. He received a heavy-weight slap, which almost made him see his life flashing in his eyes. When he was still a toddler who crawled out before he became a person who his parents never expected, it all flashes on his thoughts in the blink of an eye.

Similar to how a movie played, once it reached the ending it would black out. It also happened to Erick, who lay on the ground, unconscious. He had a big slap mark on his cheeks, which reddened enough as it almost occupied them.

"Huh? Was that strong enough? I did not even use ten percent of my strength!"

Draven, for some reason, suddenly felt terrified, thinking if he used his strength, would his head explode then? If a single lit slap made him unconscious, what about ten times his power? Draven could not imagine the sight of his opponent once he received his full strikes.

Draven, feeling awkward inside, decided to forget about it as he faced Elliot, who had a dumbstruck expression on his face. 'What the fuck was that?' He thought while being ignorant, Draven had already decided to make him forget about it.

'Lighten the slap as possible.'

Draven repeated the sentence in his mind while slowly raising his open palm to smack Erick and make him turn unconscious. Although these memories might have been engraved on Erick's head, he had plans to make it unbelievable.

'Well, given by his nature. It's possible he will not believe it unless someone talks to him the same. This is tough, even If I cover the evidence. Once Elliot and Erick talk about it, they will naturally believe I have strength beyond their imagination. I should act like nothing happen, then.'

Draven realized that he had partially understood his strength to some extent. He should hide it more since he always wanted to be low-key. For some reason, he needed to restrain himself from getting into the limelight since he had already had quite a headache already.

He watched Erick fall to the ground, unconscious. He repeatedly turned his head to each of them as he nodded. He walked over to Erick first and then dragged his body once they neared the last trees before the pathway. He looked to the guard post and saw the guard whistling in a boring manner.

He had even a cap covering his eyes from the light to increase the relaxing experienced. However, it was interrupted when he heard a thud in the distance and was startled.

He saw two bodies lying on the ground with trees, which appeared to fall down and accidentally buried the students. He immediately sprinted in their direction, as he could not stop his heart from beating frantically.

"Oh my god!" He exclaimed once he stopped in front of them. "It's Elliot! How come he is here? He usually parked his car together alone in some private parking area. He does not want to taint his car's appearance by parking it at the front. Why is he here?!"

While he was trying to find the answers, he finally placed his eyes on the other students.

"I don't know who the punk is, but it's better to save them! But still, how could this tree fall to the ground? It was maintained by the gardener regularly. Once the director hears this event happened, he will be fired!"

He placed all his strength to push the tree away from the students. The tree's trunk was heavy, so he had to lift it lightly and then push it. Since if he did not lift it, he was afraid that the student's body might be squashed.

"Thankfully, they are only covered by the branches of the tree! If they were buried by its trunk, they will be reduced to a lump of fresh!"

The guard shuddered once the thought of it rose on his head.
