The moment Samaira said those words everyone around Ranveer had panicked and had ran out of the truck. The girls in the back of the truck started to say "He is infected?!" "What should we do now?!" "We should just leave this place now!!" Sana and Sara, we're devastated when they heard that Ranveer was infected.

When Ranveer heard that he was infected, he started to laugh. When everyone heard Ranveer laughing they were a bit shocked as they did not expect that Ranveer would laugh over his own doom. When Sana, Sara and Samaira heard Ranveer laughing they looked at Ranveer with grief and confusion. Sana shouted out loud and asked "What the hell is so funny?!" Sara also shouted and said "You promised us!!! You told us that you wouldn't!!!!! Then why?!"
