Where's is my daddy!!?

"make sure you behave well okay!!?... after school... we're going to the amusement park" Emma said to her daughter...

"yay!.. bye bye mummy! !!!" Hope waved at her mum and went into the school...

then Emma took a bus to her store...

Years back,

Emma is from a not so rich family, on her 10th birthday she lost her parents and then stayed with her grandma who was very sick, when she turned 18, she dropped out of school and did part time jobs.. but all of her salaries wasn't enough until she met a guy whose name is alex who was really rich and begged if she could work for him... he helped her, took care of her and her grandma and even sent her back to school then Emma began to grow feelings for him, one day, he asked her out and confessed his love for her... soon enough they started dating... Until one day her grandma fell I'll again, and this time it was critical so she went over to him and asked for his help...

"I'm busy... and so what if she dies.. she's already old and doesn't even know how to move.. I can't keep giving you all my money you golddigger... and yeah!!.. I'm done with you!!" Alex said then pushed her out and continued his work...

Emma was stunned by what he said and cried all the way home, when she got home.. her eyes fell to stomach when her grandma was on the floor.. she ran to her grandma but before she could say anything.....

"remember to thank Alex for helping me... and if you want to talk to me... there's a.. a.. a .. in my room under the b.. bed" her grandma said with a trembling voice before her eyes was shot closed... Emma's eyes filled with anger and sadness... she wanted to go and visit her rich aunt but because people called her a cursed child.. no one liked her... even her aunt broke ties with her....

Emma had no where to stay... she tried to get jobs but no one would hire her until one day she sat on a bench next to a house.. soon the owner came and saw her sleeping.. when Emma woke up and saw the lady staring at her...

"oh!!?... I'm so sorry.... please don't be offended" Emma said about to leave....

"wait!!.. are you okay... you look stressed... come in let me offer something" the lady said...

"thank you.. but I have to go now!??..." Emma said...

"I know who you are and I know you think I want to use you... but I just want to help you and you are in a critical condition" the lady said looking at Emma's belly...

"how do you know??!..." Emma was confused...

"I'm a doctor but first come in..." the lady said...

After Emma took a shower... she wore the clothes that the lady had left on the bed...

when she went to meet the lady....

"thank you very much for your kindness... I really appreciate" Emma thanked her...

"no worries... here!.. have some tea..." the last said and Emma sat down and took the cup from the table...

then Emma explained how her life turned upside down...

"well.... you are lucky you met me... cause I'd do anything to help you and your child.. this is your new home till you get a great job and have enough money to move out if you want... and you're welcome anytime you want to come" the lady said...

"I hope so... thank you so much again..." Emma thanked again...

"no worries... so how many weeks now" the lady asked....

"huh... 6 weeks plus today" Emma answered....

"your name!??" the lady asked...

"Emma..." Emma answered...

"that's a lovely name" the lady said...

"thanks.. ma'am..." Emma said...

"no no... you can call me Diane" the lady said...

Two days before Emma delivered, she heard a dream of her grandmother telling her to forgive Alex.. she couldn't... then she she got a message from someone who wants to sell his store and told her that if she starts her business and gained enough money to pay for the store... then it's all hers... Emma thanked the man.. the next day people gossiped about her and how she isn't going to make enough money.. because people hated her and said she was cursed....

Emma finally gave birth the next day and named her child "Hope".....

1 month to come... she had already started work but wasn't getting any customers.. Until Diane lectured them all how cruel they're being to Emma... soon enough she started getting customers, had enough money to pay for the owner of the store... and lived happily... I won't say ever after.. because things took a turn when Hope began to ask for her father... Emma was speechless and didn't want to lie to her daughter but she had to... she told Hope that she was special that's why she's also her father...

When the school bus brought Hope to the restaurant Emma now owned...

Emma noticed Hope was looking sad 🥺 so she went to her..

"darling!!?.. what's wrong" Emma asked..

Hope didn't want to but she did...

"My teacher told all of us to write a composition about our father.." hope said..

"yeah??!!.." wanting to know more..

"My friends asked about my daddy and I said it was you.. then they all started laughing at me and called an abandoned child" Hope said and began to cry...

"What ever they say.. don't listen to them again... if they say it again... then you'll tell your teacher or just ignore them... Okay?!!.." Emma said...

"okay.. but??!" hope wanted to ask more..

"but what?!" Emma wanted to know what she wants to say...

"do I really have a father?!.. where's he?!!..🥺" Hope asked...

Emma was speechless and didn't want to talk but then Diane came in...

"um.. like your mother always say.. she's your fa..." before Diane could even finish...

"no!!.. I don't want to lie to her anymore... Hope?!!.. you have a father but I don't know where he is" Emma said the truth to her daughter..

"yay!!.. then let's find him" hope said happily...

"Don't worry I'll talk to him.. now let's go to the amusement park" Emma said..

"okay..." hope answered...

"but first you have to change you school uniform.." Emma said taking her to the small room where she kept her stuffs...

When they got to the amusement park, while Hope was playing with some other kids on the bouncing castle ... Diane came to talk to Emma...

"are you really going to talk to Alex??!" Diane asked...

"of course not... I don't even have his number and even if I did.. I wouldn't.. I'll just beg my old friend from school to pretend to be her father" Emma said...

"Emma... I don't think that's a good idea... she's going to find out sooner or later... I think you should just find Alex and tell him" Diane said...

"no way!!.. I'm not going to let a selfish jerk raise my child and when I needed him the most he wasn't even there" Emma said...
