48. Buying A Gate

Since then, Indra and Dewi are joining the raids made by the Hunter Bureau. It is beneficial for both sides because while Indra and Dewi get experience, the Hunter Bureau can reduce the risk of their hunters getting hurt or even dying.

Indra looks at the comments below the page and smirks as he reads them. It seems these Guilds are trying to show off their financial power because all of them knew that the 2 S-Rankers were participating in the auction.

Their representatives even call out to the siblings and ask them to join their Guilds instead of forming one. It's quite funny how they try to appeal themselves by winning the auction. A Guild even won 2 A-Rank Gates to show that they are rich.

There are only 2 Guilds in their city that have the power to raid A-Rank Gates now. One of them won the strongest Gate, while the other one won the 2nd and 3rd Gates. But they've gone over their budget because Indra and Dewi actually bid quite high as their budget was 750k USD before.

They almost went over the budget, but they held off and eventually managed to buy an A-Rank Gate just for 420k while the Guilds bought the Gates for much higher prices. It's all because of the siblings' luck and the Guilds' stupid ambitions.
