Zen was still dazed by the collision with the door. He relaxed his head on the front door, he began messaging his neck really slowly. He looked up and saw that the man was still locking eyes with him.

"My name is Jake Rider." The man said in a tight and alerting tone as he descended down the stairs."You can call me Rider."

Zen was in awe after hearing him talk. He slowly made his way to his feet and again stared at him blankly for a moment.

"So you could just tell me your name but instead you threw me across the room." Zen said clutching onto his neck."Look I don't appreciate you invading my living space and acting like a top guy. I thought you were those aliens for a moment. Freak."

Rider grabbed Zen at the neck so quick and aggressively that Zen could hardly breathe."Aren't you as heartless as those beasts." those words escaped through Riders lips.

Zen swallowed thusly and a tiny smirk appeared on his lips.

"You think your a big shot, well I ain't afraid. I did nothing wrong, your just as useless as those aliens." Zen spat out. His eyes showed confidence and zero fear.

Rider loosened his grip and grinned."I've been watching you. You don't care for anyone but yourself, an old woman about seventy years of age was yelling for help. You saw her struggle, you saw her getting killed by those beasts. But what did you do? that's right you ran like the entitled brat you are. By the time I got there she was already dead!" The look in Riders eyes were bright and deep.

"I didn't mean to. I hate those aliens too but I'm just as afraid as everyone else." Zen said staring at the floor. He slowly shifted his attention to a strange noise coming from the window."I hear something strange."

"Maybe it's all those innocent people you left to die." Rider suggested.

"No, look outside the kitchen window." Zen said in a shallow voice. Rider removed his hands of Zack. He approached the window at the kitchen and stared at it for sometime.

"What is it?" Zack asked in an anticipated manner.

"Come over here and look for yourself." insisted Rider.

Zack slowly made his way into the kitchen. He bit his lower lip and continued to make his way to the window. He glared out of the window and he witnessed an alien roaming around the yard. It's complexion was deep purple, it's head was long and had a sharp tip in both the top of it's head and chin. It had nose, ears but large black eyes and a sharp and long tale.

"Oh my God. We should probably hide." Zack said in an overwhelming state. He's heart was pounding, this was the first time this alien got so close to him.

"Weren't you the brave one?" Rider said in a humorous way.

They continued to watch the beast as if it was a movie. Until the entire ground began to shake. Everything was smashing and clanging against one another. The aliens tale began moving everywhere as if it recoverd something vital.

The lights began to flicker, suddenly a hole in the middle of the yard appeared. A large blue emitting light shinned through the hole.

"What's happening! what's going on?" Zack yelled. If he's heart wasn't pounding much it took a new tole at a new level of fear.

Time froze as the alien locked eyes with them. It let out a loud and horrifying screech.
