CHAPTER 4: The Gathering Storm

Hiro stepped into the Hokage's office, his eyes scanning the room. He immediately recognized Shisui, standing with a confident posture, and to his dismay, the two elders, Homura Mitokado and Koharu Utatane and lastly the other clans with their patriarchs namely Hyuga clan (Hiashi Hyuga), Uchiha clan (Fugaku Uchiha), Akimichi clan (Choza Akimichi), Nara clan (Shikaku Nara), Yamanaka clan (Inoichi Yamanaka), Aburame clan (Shibi Aburame) and Inuzuka clan (Tsume Inuzuka). His gaze on Fugaku suddenly shifts then fell on Danzo Shimura, the man Hiro despised from his knowledge of the anime. Danzo's presence set his nerves on edge, knowing how cunning and ruthless the man could be.

The Hokage, Hiruzen Sarutobi, looked up from his desk, his face a mask of concern. "Thank you all for coming on such short notice," he began, rubbing his forehead in frustration. "I've received troubling information that suggests the possibility of another Great Ninja War."

Gasps and murmurs of shock filled the room as the various patriarchs murmured amongst themselves. Shisui and Hiro exchanged worried glances, understanding the gravity of the situation.

"The Hidden Village of the Sand appears to be plotting something," Sarutobi continued. "The Third Kazekage has been made into a puppet by his own disciple and has escaped. The Hidden Sand Village is now branding him as a traitor and is searching for him. We need to find out if this information is true or if there is another hidden agenda.I'll be giving a mission to Hiro and Shisui to confirm the validity of this information."

Sarutobi assigned Hiro, Shisui, and their team to investigate. "Your mission is to confirm the validity of this intelligence and uncover any hidden motives behind the Sand Village's actions. Be cautious and discreet."

Hiro nodded, feeling the weight of the mission pressing down on him. He glanced at Shisui, who gave him a reassuring smile. Together, they could handle this.

"Dismissed," Sarutobi said, and the team and the other patriarchs filed out of the room with each and everyone's thoughts to him or herself. As they left, Sarutobi motioned for Minato to stay behind.

The Hokage approached Minato and spoke in a hushed tone, "Minato, start preparing for the possibility of war. We need to win the hearts of the people. Your leadership will be crucial in the days to come. You are a strong candidate for the next Hokage."

Minato nodded, understanding the seriousness of the situation. He left the office, determined to fulfill his duties.

After Minato exited, Danzo turned to Sarutobi. "Was that kid an Uchiha?" he asked, a hint of disdain in his voice.

Sarutobi sighed. "Yes, Danzo. His name is Hiro Uchiha."

Danzo's eyes narrowed. "You cannot trust the Uchiha. They are power-hungry, and their eyes hold dangerous power."

"I am aware of the risks," Sarutobi replied calmly. "But Hiro is under my control and supervision. I have faith in him."

Danzo pressed on, his voice insistent. "You should give him to me, you already have your hands on two Uchiha members.Let him join Root. He would be an invaluable asset."

Sarutobi shook his head firmly. "Absolutely not, Danzo. Hiro is to remain with his current team. I will not hand him over to you."

Danzo's face remained impassive, but Hiruzen could sense the anger bubbling beneath the surface. Without another word, Danzo turned and left the office, leaving Sarutobi with Homura and Koharu.

Once outside, Hiro silently said, "Sign-in," in his mind. The system responded instantly, congratulating him. "Congratulations! You have acquired the Sun Breathing Style from Demon Slayer."

Excitement surged through Hiro. He knew about the Sun Breathing Style and its incredible power, maybe he might sign-in to the other breathing styles, he thought. The Sun breathing style, the breathing style that almost killed the Demon Lord Muzan in Demon Slayer. He then misses that anime and wonders how the anime will end.The techniques and strength it offered would enhance his abilities significantly. He could already feel the knowledge of the sword techniques integrating into his mind, making him eager to test them out.

With renewed determination and excitement for the mission, Hiro looked forward to what lay ahead. As he joined Shisui and the rest of the team, he couldn't help but wonder how his new abilities would impact their mission and the events to come.

As Hiro and his team prepared to depart on their mission, a sudden explosion rocked near the village, sending shockwaves through the air. The team quickly turned toward the source, seeing plumes of smoke rising in the distance. Hiro's heart raced as he realized the danger was closer than they thought. What could have caused such a powerful blast near Konoha ? Their mission just became even more critical, and the stakes had never been higher.
