That was something, at least. At least James was back home and his mother would look after him until they had a chance to sit and talk things through. He picked up his camera and browsed through the pictures. His life played back at him, pictures of Lexie and Marty before either of them knew how the other felt. Martin staring at Lex when he thought no one was looking and the want in his eyes clear for anyone to see. He stared at a few wobbly selfies he and Brian had taken during the summer while at the beach. It would be difficult for anyone to tell them apart in the photos, but Matt could see only Brian when he stared into his brother’s eyes.
