Chapter 3 - Emergency Situation

Karjo drove Ilario's jeep as fast as possible to Austin Hospital in the South Jakarta area. Meanwhile, Matt and Pete take Iqnazio to Ilario's secret warehouse in the queen's port to ask the man to give punishment to his younger brother who had the heart to abuse Chiara.

Back to Ilario's jeep, which Karjo continued to speed up, in the middle of the cabin Ilario was seen leaning Chiara's back against the back of the car seat, then facing the girl while removing the blanket that wrapped around the girl's body. He checked the wounds on the poor girl's body in as much detail as possible. His heart immediately felt very sick because there were several cuts and bruises on this poor girl's body.

Quickly he covered Chiara's sexy body again with the blanket, then leaned into the back cabin where Bion's assistants Matt and Pete, Korby, and Still sat.

"Bions!" called Bion, "Quickly bring the first aid kit in my travel bag," he said giving orders to Bion to fetch the first aid kit which was intentionally placed in his travel bag which contained his clothes and personal needs.

He always has this travel bag in his car, because he often travels, whether to the automotive parts factory owned by his company, to Sentul for car or motorbike racing practice, or even to a client's office meeting. He can change costumes before getting to his destination.

Bion immediately opened the travel bag, then took out the box that this handsome boss had asked for, then gave the box to his boss.

"Thank You." Ilario thanked him, then immediately put the box next to Chiara, before long he was trying to treat as best he could the wounds on the girl's bodies with emergency medicines from the Emergency Room at Austin Hospital Jakarta.

Not emergency medicines that are sold freely in most pharmacies. The contents of his first aid kit include NaCl liquid to clean wounds, syringes of several ml sizes, sterile cotton, sterile gauze, sterile scissors, basic first aid for wounds that are in the emergency room of a hospital in general.

At that moment, Chiara's low moan was heard, indicating that the girl was conscious.

"Ara!" Ilario spontaneously called ARA the girl's nickname, gently patted the girl's cheek, "Ara, honey. Ara."

"Don't do, Kak, my God." Chiara's soft voice was heard, where the girl thought Ilario was Iqnazio, "Don't do, Ara won't do that anymore." she kept moaning where tears started to stream down his face.

"Good grief!" Ilario sighed when he heard this, he immediately had a feeling that this was not the first time that Chiara had experienced this, and confronted the girl's face to see it, "Ara, it's me Ilario. I helped you earlier at the bus stop as well as in Zio's room." He introduced himself to Chiara.

Chiara watched Ilario, suddenly her mind was thrown to some time ago, saw clearly a man named Ilario helping her from danger for the umpteenth time. but he became frightened, his body trembled.

"Don't! Don't come near me! I don't want kak Zio to punish me again!"

"Ara!" Ilario quickly grabbed both sides of Chiara's face with both hands, "Don't be afraid, I'm protecting you. I look after you. I immediately treated all your wounds at the hospital. Don't be afraid, okey?"

"No..No!" Chiara shook her head, fear still creeping in her, her hands trying to remove Ilario's hands from her face, "Please sir, I don't want Kak Zio to punish me again." She whined because the man grabbed her hands gently held. Tears of fear rolled down her face.

Ilario seeing this felt very guilty and sad. Embraced by Chiara, as much as possible to convey a sense of security and comfort to this girl who is experiencing extreme fear due to Iqnazio's persecution. It was lucky that Ilario came quickly, otherwise Chiara's condition could have been even worse. Apart from burning with jealousy, Iqnazio is burning with anger why he met Ilario.

Iqnazio was very relieved to be kicked out of Washington because Marlena didn't keep pressing him to get rid of Ilario. He loves his twin brother, his heart is warring for Marlena to get rid of his twin brother. Ilario has always been the older brother who really cares for him and Silvi. but why meet Ilario again at this time? Surely after this will meet Marlena, also Austin.

"Honey," Ilario was still trying to convey a sense of security and comfort to Chiara, where his lips occasionally kissed the top of the girl's head, his two strong arms locked her body, "Relax honey, you are safe with me. I cover you. I will treat your wounds. Then after you recover, you live with me, huh. I'll take care of you as best I can." He said without realizing it himself.

Slowly, what Ilario did melted away Chiara's fear, this girl just sobbed in the arms of the handsome widower. The widower patiently and sincerely continued to convey a sense of security and comfort to this poor girl.

While in the warehouse at the queen's harbor, Iqnazio was tied to an iron pole. Both arms and legs stretched out to the side and tied tightly too. This man was only wearing boxer shorts, not given a layer of clothing when Matt and Pete brought here. His face and several parts of his body were bruised and injured from Ilario's strong punches and kicks.

These twin brothers were trained in kung fu by Austin from a young age so that when they grow up they can defend their family apart from themselves. Their abilities were actually balanced, but because Iqnazio stopped training himself, his older brother was automatically defeated.

Iqnazio stopped practicing because he didn't want his ability to get rid of his older brother. Then he preferred to pursue education rather than wrestle with the dangers that surround the world's billionaires.

Back at Ilario, they arrived at the front porch of the Austin Hospital Emergency Room, where doctor Damian and nurses were waiting, as well as a gurney for Chiara. Ilario quickly picked up Chiara, got off the jeep, was about to put him on the gurney, but the girl hugged him tightly instead.

"Darling?!" Ilario was surprised by what Chiara did.

"No..I don't want to go back to Kak Zio." heard Chiara's terrified whimper. This girl thought that Ilario took her back to Iqnazio's room. "Ara wants to go back to Ara's boarding house." She whined and asked to be taken to her boarding house.

"Good grief!" Ilario sighed, starting to understand why Chiara hugged him tightly, "Honey, we are in the hospital right now, so the doctors can treat all the wounds on your body." He gently and sincerely explained where the poor girl was. "Don't be afraid. I accompany you."

Chiara lifted her head to see Ilario, stared at by this widower.

"Are we in the hospital? You didn't lie to me when we were in the hospital?" Chiara still calls Ilario father because the charisma in this widower shows a fatherly aura.

"I speak the truth, honey." Ilario kept calling Chiara dear, as if this girl was his lover, maybe even his wife. "Come on, you lie down on the gurney so the doctor can take care of you quickly." He persuaded the girl to lie down on the gurney.

Chiara shook her head, feeling safer in Ilario's arms, back in the widower's arms. For some reason, Ilario's efforts have resulted in a feeling of security and comfort in this poor girl's soul. Had the girl been sick, Fahmi, had her father done what Ilario had done? No, because Fahmi is aware that Chiara is Javer's daughter from Diana, his wife in the past.

So who gave Chiara a hug like this? Javer's biological father. Fahmi always contacted Javer when the girl was sad or sick, so her father would quickly leave his Los Angeles residence or elsewhere for the girl's sake. As soon as he hugged her, calmed down.

Does Chiara know Javer is her real father? Not yet and it was kept secret by Javer, Fahmi and Diana in a mutual agreement. Does Javer have a wife? There is a name Ninetta. The wife knows that Chiara is Javer's biological daughter from Diana, it doesn't matter because she can't give birth to the man who is Austin's best friend. Ninetta also sincerely loves Chiara, and keeps Javer Diana and Fahmi's secrets.

Ilario sighed, then looked at doctor Damian,

"Doc, let me take Ara to the emergency room." he said, deciding to keep holding Chiara, who was very afraid of being kept away from the safe and comfortable embrace he gave her, "Later inside, you will first treat whichever you see, until Ara is willing, I will put her on the bed."

"Yes Young Master." Doctor Damian understands because he has received a report from Marko about why Ilario brought Chiara here. "Please come inside with me." He invited the handsome widower to come with him to the ER to bring Chiara.

Ilario nodded his head, then walked side by side where Chiara remained in his arms which the poor girl felt comfortable with. The steps of these two men were followed by Marko and Bion. The two men were a little surprised that Ilario and Chiara were behaving like a married couple.

Ilario, who they know is cold to women after Alina died, only channels male desires to several women without love ties. but when he meets Chiara, the iceberg melts, and warms into a feeling of genuine affection that flows naturally into Chiara's life.

Then Chiara, they only know that the girl was helped by Ilario during Farhat's kidnapping action, then it turns out that the girl Iqnazio loves is the twin of the handsome widower. The girl is nobody Ilario, but unknowingly accepts the widower's sincere affection.

But what is impossible in this world if God wills?

Ilario had made it to the room Damian's doctor had reserved for Chiara. Reaching there, Ilario sat back against the bed, where Chiara remained in his arms. He felt that Chiara still wanted to be in his arms, so he gave it so that all the wounds on the girl's body could be treated. The treatment he gave was emergency treatment only.

Marko and Bion stood guard outside the cubicle which was tightly closed by the curtain by the sisters who were in charge of helping doctor Damian treat Chiara.

"Young master." Doctor Damian reprimanded Ilario, "Excuse me, can the nurse take off the blanket that is wrapping Miss Ara's body?" he asked for permission and at the same time asked whether it was good for Ilario to see Chiara's body intact at this time, because Marko learned that Austin's son had saved Iqnazio's lover, meaning that it did not belong to the widower.

"Just let go, it doesn't matter if I see this body of my wife." Ilario's response allowed the doctor. Damian asked the nurse to remove the blanket that wrapped Chiara's body.

Tuing, Damian's doctor gasped at Ilario's answer. Wife? Isn't Chiara Iqnazio's girlfriend?

Chiara, who heard this, gasped, lifted her face from Ilario's chest, and stared at the handsome widower, as if asking why the man called his wife?

Ilario smiled, looking at Chiara in astonishment, the girl gently stroked the girl's cheek, which had bruises in several parts from being slapped by Iqnazio. The girl's gaze was met with twinkling eyes full of love.

"Honey," Ilario spoke softly, "You'd better get treated by this doctor Damian." He pointed to Damian's doctor.

Chiara looked at the doctor, then shook her head.

"Why not, honey?" Ilario was surprised why Chiara refused to be treated by Damian's doctor.

Nurse Dina, who is with them here, notices that Chiara is reluctant to be treated by a male doctor. Slowly she whispered that to doctor Damian.

"I see." Doctor Damian understood after nurse Dina whispered, "Young Master," he spoke to Ilario, "Please wait a moment, let me ask doctor Tala my colleague to treat her," he hesitated to call Chiara as Miss or Madame,

"My wife." said Ilario, continuing the words of doctor Damian, "Ara, my wife, doctor." He repeated his words.

Chiara sighed, what dream did she have last night? She, who is Iqnazio's girlfriend, has had successive messages. Farhat was almost kidnapped, abused by Iqnazio, then called Ilario's wife.

"Yes Young Master." Doctor Damian understood, "I'll go out first Young Master, so Doctor Tala can treat Madam immediately." he said now calling Chiara with Mrs.

Then he and two nurse left this room.

After Damian's doctor came out, Chiara managed to talk to Ilario.

"Sorry sir, Ara has not met you yet. May I know what is your name?"

"Can." Ilario smiled hearing all of Chiara's words, "My name is Ilario Sanders. You can call me Kak Rio or Mas Rio."

"Is that polite, sir? You seem like Kak Zio's brother, right?"

"Yeah, I'm his twin brother." Ilario gave an answer to what Chiara asked, "Ara, Zio is your lecturer, right, but you call him kak Zio. Then I'm Zio's twin brother, so you politely call me kak Rio or Mas Rio."

"Okay." Chiara understood Ilario's words, "Ara just call Mas Rio."

"Yes dear." Ilario smiled, "Ara, sorry do your parents know you're Zio's girlfriend?"

"Only daddy knows."

"Your father?"

"Adoptive father."

Then came doctor Tala with doctor Damian accompanied by several nurses.

"Sorry Young Master." Doctor Damian reprimanded Ilario politely, "Let me introduce to you," he said when Ilario and Chiara looked at him, "She is doctor Tala, the senior doctor in this emergency room." Appointed doctor Tala who is beautiful but low profile.

Fortunately, the doctor is already married, if you can't be attracted to Ilario's handsome charms.

"Good evening, Young Master Ilario." Doctor Tala greeted Ilario politely, "I'm Tala, Damian's junior doctor in this emergency room."

"Good evening too doctor," Ilario answered politely without giving a smile. Because he knows that if he smiles, married women can be attracted to him. His smile was like there was magic that could make any woman captivated. "Let me introduce this to my wife." He pointed at Chiara who was in his arms, "Her name is Chiara Sanders." He said Chiara's full name was Chiara Sanders.

"Mas Rio." Chiara voiced, "Ara is not Mas Rio's wife. Ara's name is not Chiara Sanders either, but Chiara Verana Castello binti Fahmi Oesman."

Ilario smiled amused when he heard Chiara protest, slightly the tip of Chiara's nose,

"God brought us together, so for me, you are my wife. I will not return you to Zio. Do you understand Chiara Verana Castello binti Fahmi Oesman?"

"Up to you." Chiara sighed, "doctor Tala," was reprimanded by doctor Tala who was observing her, "sorry, this is him," she pointed at Ilario, "How come Ara's lover's twin brother."

Ilario smiled again, amused to hear this, "Yes, yes, my pretty lady." he said giving in to Chiara who still refused to say he was his wife, "doctor Damian." Diverted the conversation, "Can doctor Tala immediately treat my darling?" she changed her nickname to Chiara.

"You can Young Master." Doctor Damian replied, "Tala, you treat it as best you can. if you need x-rays or whatever, just do it. Mrs. Sanders must recover. Then you also call senior doctors to help you treat Mrs. Sanders. Understood, Tala?"

"Understood, doc." said doctor Tala, though feeling confused by the circumstances surrounding Chiara's true status.

Then doctor Damian said goodbye to Ilario, just leaving doctor Tala with two senior ER nurses.

"Emmm," doctor Tala looked at Ilario and Chiara, "sorry Young Master, can you wait outside the booth?" asked the young master, pointing out of the booth, "Let me treat Mrs. Sanders immediately."

"Let me stay, doctor," said Ilario firmly, "Because Ara is still afraid that I will stay."

"Isn't it already, Mas Rio." Chiara was heard interrupting, "Ara isn't afraid anymore." her words were repeated when Ilario looked at him, "I was really scared, especially a doctor who is going to treat a boy. Ara is uncomfortable with being treated by a male doctor because only Kak Zio can see Ara's body. Then if Kak Zio finds out, the doctor can run out with him."

"Good grief!" Ilario suddenly understood Chiara's true fear, "Dear Ara," caressed Chiara's face affectionately, "Zio won't know about this. Then, you are with me, so it doesn't matter if it's handled by a male doctor or a female doctor. Understood honey?"

"Understand. But now, Mas Rio, wait outside."

"No want. I'm already abysmal here, so I have to be with you here until doctor Tala finishes treating you."

"Mas Rio, I'm not your wife or lover."

"Okay," Ilario conceded, "if you ever get scared again, don't hesitate to call me okay."

Chiara slowly nodded her head. Ilario softly kissed the top of Chiara's head. Instantly the girl's heart fluttered something that had never been experienced while with Iqnazio. Even though Iqnazio is like Ilario, his attitude is to the point, he never backs down either. Chiara only felt that she could not be separated from Iqnazio, because this man took her chastity, and made her addicted to having sex with her husband and wife.

Ilario then moved Chiara's body carefully to the bed, then got down, and then left the room. When he got outside he looked confused. Touched his chest. why could he do all that to Chiara who he accidentally helped? Why can he say Chiara is his wife?

He sighed, he had just felt all of this in his life, where he was not only attracted to Chiara's beautiful aura but the desire to form friendships that led to romance.

"Young master." Marko approached Ilario, "Are you all right?" he asked Ilario who looked confused "Is there something serious about Miss Chiara?"
