New city

"buzz buzz"Phone was vibrating then a slender hand picked it up but before she could answered it the other end bombarded with many questions" Darling why didn't u call us and inform that u are moving away? hmm ?why did u leave this letter only? what are we supposed to do with this letter? u just planned it and flew away what's the matter u could have discussed with us yo..? "

but then she suddenly cut between and speaked "if I would have discussed with u guys would you guys have allowed me to move hmm? no right then there was nothing to discuss and now I have grown up and I can live my life as I want so stop worrying over nothing dad ".

"but Mia darling we really care about you at least u could have basically talked this with us face 2 face so we could worry less and we could also try to fulfill your wish and I would really stand for you in front of your grandpa " her mum said to her with a worry expression on the other end of line..

"Thank you Mum and Dad but I have decided now and I'm not going to back off no matter what u guys say or do and remember one thing if grandpa tries to do something then I'm not gonna talk with grandpa anymore "she said while hanging her clothes in wardrobe

"alright mum dad I'll call u later I have reached New York and it's beautiful and I have already settled down so don't worry okay I will call you guys later"

"sigh ! you are really stubborn never mind since you have decided to do what u want to do then go with it I won't stop you but if you ever need my help in any problem let me know alright we will directly fly to you and help you okay darling take care"

"goodbye dad and mum" she said Disconnecting her phone, she told herself that now she has to live her life on her own terms.

Well since she has shifted herself to a new city she didn't bring too much with herself she only have two suitcase and some study material things apart from it the apartment she booked had already everything in it so she just cleaned the apartment and organized it on her own liking.

"ugh finally I have settled down now I can take some rest "by saying this she floped down on her sofa and then she heard a growl from her stomach " uhh I am hungry and tired also looks like I have to grab something to eat first.

By saying this she went outside of her apartment and went into front of the departmental store of her aprtment.

She was looking for something light food to relieve herself from hunger and in this process she bumped into someone hard as rock (well by rock I mean to say someone powerful chest hahahaa) because of collision she stumbled upon her feet but suddenly someone's large hand catched her waist and because of this her hoodie fell off from her head with her long black silky hair flowing..

She tilted her head to look at the someone who had catched her and she stood up and apologized to him " I'm sorry I didn't see you coming bcz I was looking somewhere I am extremely sorry"and he replied in a gentle voice " it's fine u don't have to apologize actually I was also looking at food so I didn't see you coming"

"Excuse me then I'll take my leave".

he said " Hm" and then the girl went away from there to look for some food to eat.

He stood there for a moment to think about a moment ago scene and he looked down at his hand and thought to himself " she was so skinny and .....beautiful also" he remember her face it was beautiful as beautiful as a picture she has a straight small nose big blue eyes and a long black hair which was really pretty even though she was wearing a simple black hoodie and black shorts she looks picturesque then he also went away from there.

Next morning...

She sat up on her bed and she check the time it was showing 6 "O"clock she went down to the park they have in their society and she did some exercise till 7 "O"clock since she was tired so she didn't directly went to her apartment instead she went near a lakeside where a bench was placed .

she was pleased to see such a beautiful view at morning and she couldn't control herself from exclaiming " Wow it's gorgeous " in front of there was a beautiful lake placed in between the park and the sun was rising and the surrounding has beautiful greenery view it was really gorgeous .

But she didn't know that there was already someone sitting at the side and looking at her since she had come there .

she had just exercised so she was sweating and she wasn't wearing makeup but she had a beautiful face even though she was sweating it didn't drop her beauty at all.

He said in a gentle voice"Are you knew here? "

"huh"she was shocked because of the sudden sound.

"oh I'm sorry I didn't know there was someone else here and what did you say? "she said looking sidewise.

"it's fine and I was asking are you new here"he said while looking at her.

"Oh yeah I am new here"she said also looking at him.

After a few seconds he said"what a coincidence we met again "

She looked at him confusingly"um sorry but I don't remember you"

He said after chuckling"we just met yesterday at departmental store"

she said after a little thinking"oh yeah I remember"

"btw I'm Noah "he said while extending his hand with smile towards her he was looking like a gentle young handsome man while his hair was falling at front of his face covering his forehead and he was wearing a loose form fitting dress in black

"Mia"

"I see ,you don't seem to look like you are from New York"he said as matter of fact.

"well that's true"suddenly her phone ring and she excused herself and went from there to her apartment.

"hey what's up when are you coming New York"she said in her phone while entering her apartment

" uh actually I'm sorry I can't come u know my boyfriend right he isn't agreeing now I'm really sorry I couldn't persuade him again"

"hmm it's fine Lia" Lia mendoza is her one of the good friend she had since childhood.

"I'm really sorry my darling I will definitely come to meet you every month promise"

"It's fine u dont have to apologize so much I understand ur situation I'll talk to you later otherwise I'm gonna get late for first day of university"

"alright bye sweetheart see you soon oops I..I mean goodbye"then she hurriedly cut her call as to not reveal something..

"huh what was that ...idiot" she said putting her phone on table and getting ready for university since it was new city with first day in university she has to be there on time.

she wore a simple black mini blouse and black skinned fit jeans and went outside. since it was new city she didn't have any transport facility on her own so she was going to bus stop.

she stood there for 20 minutes but no bus came she asked around and got to know that she had missed the bus now the only thing she had left was to go by cab but the cab will take some time to come and by the time it will come it will be too late.

Suddenly In front of her a black Mercedes benz stopped and the window glasses rolled down a handsome face came in view "where do u wanna go I can give u ride miss mia"

she thought first to herself I have to take this ride to go to university if I don't want to be late since I don't have any other option "then I have to trouble you" she said in a thankful manner since she doesn't know him that much she went to backseat of car and sat.

"where do you wanna go" he asked looking through rearview mirror of the car.

"Tech University"

"Oh I see "after that he started driving without saying anything

Along the way both of them didn't talk but in the backseat mia was looking at Noah handsome face who had long straight nose thin lips sharp brown eyes which was mainly covered by a pair of glasses which adds a gently and scholarly aura along with dark blackish hair.

Well he knew that someone was looking at him so he also looked back at her through rear view mirror.

And when both gazes met instead of getting flustered she asked him "well are u going on the same way" he chuckled and said "yeah"

Before they reach the university Mia said to stop the car at intersection so he looked at intersection and asked" Do u have something to buy?"he asked gently as usual in his calm and gentle voice

"yeah"she said but the actual reason was she didn't want to bother him that much.

"Alright then don't be late I heard that they have a strict professor " he said while smiling.

"oh alright thanku" she wanted to ask how do u know that but she thought that since they were not that close there is no need to ask and she went out of the car to Milk shop.

He looked at Milk shop and smiled and then drive off to his destination.
