She was completely soaked in the rain, her cries drowned by the relentless downpour. Tears streamed down her face as her strength waned with each passing moment. "I love him... Today was our first date... Was it all a lie from the beginning?" she thought, her eyes growing heavy, her vision blurring, and dizziness overwhelming her. Finally, she collapsed on the wet road.
A black car approached the scene, and it came to a halt. A man emerged from the car, holding an umbrella. He rushed over to Ember, his heart pounding with concern. He held her tightly, trying to shield her from the rain. As Ember felt someone near, she struggled to open her eyes, her voice barely a murmur. "Emir... Is that you?" she whispered.
The driver opened the car door, and with great care, he lifted Ember and placed her inside. Due to her unconsciousness, she couldn't sit properly, so he gently cradled her head on his lap and covered her with his coat. "Why did you do this to me? I loved you, Emir... Why?" she uttered in her unconscious state.
"It's me, Adrien, Ember..." Adrien said loudly, desperately trying to make her realize that he was there for her. However, there was no response from her, except for tears rolling down her cheeks.
"Driver, let's go back home, and call the doctor to come to the house," Adrien ordered, his voice laced with concern and determination to help Ember in her time of need.
