They reached the gates of Sayyonee and the sight smitten them. The whole Sayyonee was in fire as a furnace. Even the gates were in fire and it was increasing wildly in addition with the rain, the situation was out of control. Their ears burdened with mass screams and cry for help. Amanya was like a mad man recklessly walking here and there trying to get inside but all her efforts were in vain. Alok stood there in shock as if he couldn't except the reality; the reality that the Sayyonee which he lived is in fire, is slowly turning into ashes. He stood without blinking his eyes and it was reflecting the raging fire. Amanya paused herself, closed her eyes and the commander is back to her soul which she locked inside her for days. She opened her eyes, her aura changed from a helpless lady to a daredevil within fraction of seconds. She looked around and saw Alok standing before the gate. Suddenly a man , his whole body burning in fire jumped outside through the gate and rolled towards Alok. He was still in a daze. She rushed towards him and pulled him from the man. Alok suddenly revived himself and saw a man of Sayyonee lying down, dead but his body still burning. Alok looked at his di who held him safely desperately. He was slowly losing his self control. The gates fallen down in a shock. Alok, all of a sudden loosened himself and rushed in but was thrown out with a sudden blast and lost his consciousness.

Alok felt his body being lightened. He slowly opened his eyes and saw a man dressing his wounds.

"child, how are you feeling? Are you dizzy now, tell me." The man who was helping him apply medicine enquired as he saw him regaining consciousness. Alok tried to get up and looked around. It was a dark and cold room. Many men were looking at him. He saw a man hurrying outside. Alok was frightened as he remembered how he ended up losing his senses.

"Am I dead?"

The man looked at him "no dear, you just passed out. It's fine now."

"Father.. Mother.. Alok suddenly became restless, Di.. where is my di?"

He looked around but in vain. In a moment, the door of the room opened and his di came along with the man who went outside, maybe to inform her he thought.

"Di.." She rushed to him and hugged him. Alok broke in tears "Di.. my father, mother.. Sayyonee.."

"She wiped his tears, don't worry everything will be fine. I am here."

"Di.. lets go back, they are waiting for us.." Alok was leaning on her shoulders. She patted him," Alok lets wait here for a while.

As they were talking two men came back and bowed to her. "Commander, no one escaped.."
