Comeback

 [Four Years Later] 

The airport was buzzed with sounds, from the humming sound of conversation to the occasional airport announcements.

Though this was the usual scenario, something was different or maybe someones presence made it feel different. 

Angella Becker disembarked the plane along with the couple of helpers she had taken with her for her short stay of four years abroad. 

She had left the country the very next day after she had confronted her ex-fiancé, Logan Fedrick and his then side chick, Ruby Germet. 

After four long years of trying to divert her mind of the heartbreak she had endured, Angella was back for good. 

"Ma'am, the car is here," one of the helpers informed her. 

Angella nodded as she looked around. "Where are they?" She frowned as she turned around to look at the exit of the plane. 

Just then two little munchkins ran out of the plane towards her. 

"What were you two doing inside?" She asked as she squatted down to fix their clothes. 

"I was helping Juliana with her shoe," one of the little ones answered. 

"He didn't help me, I did it by myself," the other one retorted. 

"You don't even know how to tie your shoe lace," Kevin stated. 

"I know." 

"Okay, stop with the bickering," Angella quickly put a stop to the sibling argument among the three year olds. 

She then gently caressed their cheeks. "Now do you remember what mommy told you before coming here?" 

Both of them nodded in unison. "Be nice and always support each other no matter what anyone says. And also love each other and mommy." 

"Yes." She hugged them. "My babies are so big and smart now." 

"Mommy, it's ticklish," Juliana chuckled while trying to wiggle her small body out of Angella's embrace.

"You are ticklish?" She playfully poked her stomach. "Like this?" 

The little one screeched before bursting into laughter. 

When Angella did the same to Kevin, he started running away. 

Following her brother, Juliana did the same.

"Grandpa Jerry," Kevin and Juliana beamed as they rushed towards him. 

"Oh my dears," Jerry scrunched down and hugged them tightly. "I missed you munchkins so much." 

"We missed you too." Kevin and Juliana gave him a peck on his cheeks before extending their little hands towards him. 

Understanding what they wanted, Jerry chuckled as he took two extra large size chocolates from his coat and handed it to them. 

"You really spoil them uncle Jerry," Angella commented as she approached them. She then gave him a hug. "There was a time when you used to spoil me." 

"And I still do that." Jerry took out another piece of chocolate and handed it over to Angella. "You will always be my favorite." 

"What about me?" Juliana pointed towards her with his tiny fingers. "I am everyone's favorite." 

"Oh yes, you are my favorite too." Jerry picked her up and placed her inside the car. He then strapped the car seat before doing the same for Kevin. 

"Is dad home?" Angella enquired as she boarded the car. 

"Boss is in the office," Jerry answered. "He wanted to be at home but had to leave for an urgent meeting." 

"Uncle Jerry, why don't you drop me at the office first and drop the kids home after?" Angella looked at the kids. "Is that okay with you guys? Mommy will come home with grandpa later." 

"Okay," they willingly agreed.
