"Give me a minute!" He said as he appeared in front of Regalzeva, who was exhausted and he held his neck. Without saying anything, he used his authority and his blood covered Regalzeva.

As he did, Regalzeva disappeared from the place and then he looked at his subordinates.

He did the same with them, and when he was done, he looked at Irene and others and said, "You all also should get inside."

As he said this, they all disappeared from the place and Izumi looked in the direction of DxD world and said, "Ciel, take care of everything. I am going to sleep."

Izumi closed his eyes and then moments later, he again opened his eyes and this time, he had Purple Eyes.

"The best way is to cover all the Dimensions with Blood and merge every single one of them with the Inner World."

A different voice came outside of Izumi's mouth, and he disappeared from the place.

Appearing in front of the DxD world, Izumi's body grew in size until he could cover the whole planet in his palm and the inhabitants of the world saw everything turning red.

Looking at the sky, Shiva grinned and said, "With this, the whole world is at Peace as it now has gained an Administrator that can solve any problem and is present everywhere."

"Parvati, Let's talk a walk outside! Everything is going to change, and we need to take care of everyone."

At the same time, the God Kings of different Pantheons, Leaders of different Dimensions looked in the sky as they felt a force and their connection with their Dimension disappearing.

Only a few knew of this, while the whole world was in chaos and wondered if an apocalypse was about to happen.

The Two constellations that were keeping an eye on Izumi, their mouth twitched as they looked at the scene and Constellation B said, "Damn Fucker! I said that you shouldn't have given him Primordial Bloodline! Fuck! Now I have to pay because of him."

"Hehe! Even I hadn't expected this shit would happen! If I knew that this would happen, I wouldn't have given the Bloodline." Constellation A said but looking at the grin on his face, Constellation B's mouth twitched and said, "Fucking Asshole!"

"Eh? I was born from nothing; how could I fuck nothing?"

Constellation B looked at Constellation A and a sigh escaped his lips.

"Then why are you modifying the world and adding Apocalypse in it."

"I am not! I am only doing it if he will graduate early from the school."

"He will know about this because of his 'Omnipresence'."

"Heh! Do you think I will let him use his abilities in his world? This will be his payment for fucking balance!" Constellation A said and Constellation B grinned at his answer and said, "It's your fault for leaving a hole in Balance."

Both the Constellations looked at the screen and then they typed the price for the solution.

"If it wasn't for the fact that I didn't like this ending, I wouldn't pay for it." Constellation B said and Constellation A snickered as he heard this.

After enveloping the world and merging with it, Ciel looked at the Inner world and she started to make changes.

"First, Divide into a Single Heaven, Hell and Earth region."

"Second, Assign different positions to different gods of different pantheons in different regions."

"The only way for a God to leave Heaven and go to Earth would be by sealing their Divinity."

"In this way, they will have to follow the rules made and if they won't, they will be 'killed' and not allowed to return to Earth for years."

"When they are 'Killed' they will lose 30% of powers, and 20% of souls that they won't be able to recover, no matter what."

"For Devils, they also have to follow rules to go to Earth from Hell."

"As for Youkais, Vampires, and other races, they all will have their Continents on Earth."

"No species is above or below of other. Each will have different Karma and they all will be bound by cause and effect."

Ciel looked at the 'rules' of the world and then she kept on modifying them and making them better until she couldn't find a bug in them.

"For a few years, the world will be in chaos and for this, I will add Order to it. The Order will be under...Hm! Who should I choose? Lilith? Or Carmilla? Lilith will do."

"For now, I just need to announce the changes in the world and let them know what has happened and what they can expect. Hmm! Which Photo of the Master should I choose? This one will do."

As Ciel said, the whole world was in chaos and then they all saw Light appearing in the sky! As it did, they saw the silhouette of the Most Handsome Man they had seen, and everyone's expression changed as they saw it.

"All the Species in the World, I am ******, the Owner of the World and you are all inside my Inner World."

"Those who have read the cultivation Novels would know what it means to have Inner World and for those who don't, I will tell you."

"It means that I have a world inside my soul, or I should say that I have a Dimension in my soul, and you all are living in it. I can control everything in the world."

"Like this," Ciel said, and a Phoenix appeared in the sky, and they all heard a snap.

"Like this!" Ciel again said and then Dragon appeared in the sky, and they all again heard a snap.

"Or like this!" Ciel again said and it started to rain but instead of water, Golden Liquid fell on them, and everyone felt energized. They felt that their health got better, and many disabled people were healed.
