Wei Shin squinted his eyes the moment he felt the soreness on his right cheek, it delivered him to silence. 

"How dare you show yourself here! Traitor!" Xiao Zhen yelled with his bawling eyes after slapping the male, he was clenching his fist real hard while trying to resist the anger inside him. It's funny how his sweet smile and clingy personality are now gone. He was now like a snake hissing at Wei Shin. 

"Your highness, this is not the right time for such things" Qi Feng stood in front of Wei Shin "We all know that only Wei Shin's yin energy can save the Prince" he added, emphasizing every word like he was trying to snap something on Xiao Zhen.

But Xiao Zhen wasn't convinced by his actions, his own embarrassment was eating him at the moment. It was impossible for Wei Shin to survive that cliff, he wanted to kill the male that day. He faced Qi Feng with a scowled face "Are you taking his side now?!" he snarled at the male

Qi Feng knew it was coming, of course Xiao Zhen would use his connection with Wei Shin to let both of them out of the palace. But in today's situation, they are more in the upper hand. 

Even though Xiao Zhen was the second prince of the Carnatia Empire, he was inside Rosalia's territory so he couldn't execute or punish someone without Prince Yuzuo's consent. Wei Shin can see the Prince's face turning red in so much anger.

[ Can I just punch him in the face right now?]

DICCU: Of course you can, but if you tried to do that, it's like you're showing him that you are guilty

[ This two faced bitch! If I only knew this would happen I would have just pushed him there on the cliff...FOR REAL]

The atmosphere inside the room turned tight, Xiao Zhen started to think of another plan since the first plan didn't work on the male. He was very sure of what he was doing and everything was going to place, the flowers and the red lilies,when Wei Shin got lost in the market. It was all his plan. 

Wei Shin can feel the rising tension above them, he couldn't stop himself from making a half smile. After all he went through, who would be happy that he is still safe. Wei Shin shouldn't be feeling like this but after seeing Xiao Zhen's irritated face for the first time, somehow it's making him a little bit satisfied. 

Jinli didn't want to ruin a boy's love relationship, she was so devoted to the BL world. She wanted to give every character a happy ending but if they were all like Xiao Zhen, she would grab the opportunity to sue them all. 

But before Wei Shin could spit a word, the door suddenly opened. It threw in the three servants who were catching their breaths. One of them almost crawled towards Qi Feng and clung on the male's legs "T-The Pince!" she exclaimed.

Qi Feng crouched down and held the servant's hand "Please calm down and tell us what's wrong" he said calmly 

The servant bit her lower lip and the tears welling in her eyes started to fall down "The Prince...Prince Yuzuo collapsed in the garden the moment he spit blood" she tried to mumble with her cracked voice. And yes, That's how Prince Yuzuo ruled his kingdom. He was a cold and stone hearted Prince but he knew how to take care of the people under him. His servants couldn't help but worry for him.

The Royal Physician checked Zi Yuzuo who was lying on his bed, still unconscious. He had this sullen expression the moment he faced Qi Feng, Wei Shin and Xiao Zhen.

"His condition gotten worse" he said straight 

Qi Feng widened his eyes, then his pupils dilated in sadness, "What do you mean?" he asked

The old man got straight to the point, without hesitations he told them that the Prince was under a black curse, it was corrupting his heart inside him. "The Prince was fighting this curse alone inside his subconsciousness." he said 

"Are you saying that the Prince let himself sleep?" Qi Feng asked

The old man nodded his head "Yes, He decided to put himself in sleep to avoid any disaster" he turned his head to Wei Shin "He needed you the most, please stay with him, your yin energy was special and it was the only yin energy that his body wanted to receive." he added

Wei Shin nodded his head in agreement while clenching his palm secretly behind "I will save the Prince!" he said with full determination. Although it was hurting him, he needed to show a strong face in front of Xiao Zhen just to let the male realize that he wasn't an easy one. Qi Feng secretly picked him up so he didn't have a chance to talk to the Prince before his corruption. 

But deep inside him, he was blaming himself for not going back too soon. He was so caught in his own plan that he already forgot what his mission in this world was. If he had come back earlier, he would have saved the Prince. A sting jolted inside Wei Shin's chest which made him bite his lips, there is only one thing he was regretting, it is for staying silent behind Xiao Zhen's actions. 

[ I will never let him do what he wanted, I will stop him no matter what ]

In the corner of the room, Xiao Zhen was staring intensely towards Qi Feng and Wei Shin. Now that the slave was back, he needed to be careful because he was sure that the two of them were now suspecting him.

Days have passed…

Wei Shin blinked his eyes, it was already morning. He didn't even realize that he had fallen asleep leaning beside Prince Yuzuo's bed. The sun was shining brightly from the window as the wind blew the thin curtains gracefully. He was staying in the Prince room for almost a week because he was still supplying him with his yin energy everyday. 

That's the only thing he can do right now.

Wei Shin lifted up his head and made a small yawn, then he looked at the Prince's face. He made a half smile. "Good morning" he greeted the unconscious man.

Wei Shin took Prince Yuzuo's hand and lightly pressed it, it was a little bit cold. He traced the male's fingers slowly "Your hands are quite cold today, are you dreaming there?" he asked. He chuckled because he again realized that Prince Yuzuo wouldn't respond. 

Wei Shin leaned his chin above his crossed arms on the bed and then he took a couple of minutes to stare at the Prince's calm sleeping face. "You're like a sleeping beauty Prince" he uttered 

He just stayed like that for a while, observing Yuzuo's perfect side profile. "You know, I literally didn't believe in fairytales, I didn't even know if Princes or Princesses were true, I just read them from the book." He smiled "I know I'm here as your slave, but you saved me back then, I couldn't even eat properly because my merchant was very cruel" 

He took a deep breath because there was something inside his chest that's heavy and he didn't know how to let it out "Please wake up, I still want to experience happy ending with you…" he mumbled 

"What are you crying out there, moron?!"

The familiar voice made Wei Shin jolted in surprise, so he quickly turned his head to the door and saw Yunmei standing there with his grumpy face as always. The male walked towards the bed and scanned Zi Yuzuo, he bowed his head "I have arrived, your highness" he said with a full mannered voice.

"W-What are you d-doing here?!" Wei Shin finally exclaimed after snapping back to reality

Yunmei scratched his cheeks "That man, the royal commander..asked me to work under him" he mumbled under his red face. He was a little bit embarrassed because he was now wearing a royal military uniform. Although the truth is he was too shy to show himself to Wei Shin.

He already knew the truth about the male's identity because before Wei Shin left their place, he already revealed himself. It was his luck to be chosen as the royal commander's right hand, Qi Feng had the will to choose his underlings. 

Wei Shin then scanned the male standing in front of him. He was almost tearing up a while ago but when he saw Yunmei enter the room, he was quite relieved. 

At least he has another ally besides Qi Feng. 

Yunmei can't hide the fact that he felt something prick his chest the moment he opened the door and saw Wei Shin's expression. It made him close his fist tight, with a little rage inside his system.

There was one thing that he was so sure about. He wanted to protect Wei Shin.
