"Out of my fucking way, I need to pass through," Jacob said, struggling to make his way to follow Noah.
"Get into the ship, kid. Do you wanna die, kid?" a middle-aged man started pushing Jacob forward, his spit from screaming so hard landing on his face.
"I need to go find a friend," Jacob said uncomfortably, screaming out loud, trying to squeeze through the crowd.
Jacob felt something pulling on his clothes amidst the screams and chaos. He ignored it at first but the feeling of someone following him prompted him to turn around in alert.
"Teleport me with you?" Lina said softly, her voice shaking a bit. Her light purple eyes looked straight at Jacob.
"What...?" Jacob's brain short-circuited as she addressed his secret.
"You're not planning to walk up there on foot, are you?" Lina's eyes were sparkling. "You won't reach there on time."
