Banquet

After the day was over as Shi Nan laid on the bed she reminded of the thing she did in the morning. She decided that she will control herself and not cling onto Lin Zhen.

But soon she was slapped on the face in the morning as she was hugging Lin Zhen so tightly.

As she opened her eyes in the morning the first thing she saw was the black dark eyes which were looking at her like a beast waiting for his prey.

"Shi Nan I am also a man" at first Shi Nan was not able to grasp what Lin Zhen said but just when she realized her face turned red. She removed her hands and legs off him.

"Cough...cough I am sorry"

Lin Zhen was going to say something when Lin Rui saved Shi Nan from embarrassment.

He knocked on their door and shouted loudly

"Uncle, aunt.....uncle, aunt wake up!! the sun is over the head. Grandpa is calling you in the main room. He...he ....said that guest will be coming" he said with his cute voice.

They both got up and went to the main room. Their Shi Nan saw her father in law for first time. He also and a somewhat similar face to Lin Zhen but it was much more amiable than his ice cold expresion.

Soon the guest started coming. There was no marriage ceremony just a banquet with tables where villagers were invited along with Lin Zhen's aunt and uncle.

Shi Nan was exhausted talking to them. She had a smile on her face and talked with all of them politely.

Everyone thought as she was a city person so she would look down on them so there were this kind of rumours going around in the village but now after talking to Shi Nan all the villagers have a very good and favourable impression of her.

Seeing the visible exhaustion on her face Lin zhen asked her

"Do you want to rest?"

Before Shi Nan could say something a sweet voice came "brother Zhen~"

Listening this Shi Nan had goosebumps. She moved her head towards the voice and saw a girl standing their wearing a white dress and her skin was white and fair quite contrary to a girl who do a farmwork.

She is the female lead of the novel Lin Shi.This is the first thing which came to her mind.

"brother Zhen~!! You just came back and married a girl whom you didn't even know properly. Although she is a city person but you don't know what will happen in the future."

She keep on babbling but didn't saw the awkward expression of the people surrounding them and darkened face of Lin Zhen.
